So I didn’t know it was used and it was still like ice cream in certain areas of the metal cup and the machine it self.

More of a plastic toy than malt mixer, made a burning smell as soon as it was on and only got worse by then end of a single shake, leaving the top of the machine almost too hot to touch. There's no secondary agitator, so it takes way too long to make the shake and it leaves chunks of ice cream unblended. Scared to try it again, doesn't even make a good kitchen ornament.

Coming from someone who works at an icecream stand….We made Oreo shakes first try.Tips.1. You have to bipass the safety feature by taping up the lever.2. You’ll need to break up your Oreos before you start. This little machine isn’t strong enough to break up whole Oreos.3. You’ll need to move the cup around to fully blend Oreos, ice cream and milk together.Overall, I’m happy with the machine for what I paid for it. It’s not the same quality of the machine at work nor would I expect it to be for the price I paid for it.If you’re looking for a cute little machine that can make you a milkshake at home… and don’t want to break the bank… this is the machine for you.

It looks nice but does not make a great shake. The flat disc at the bottom of the mixing shaft is ineffective for making the ingredients churn around enough for a consistent mix. It does work but I would not buy this item again.
