We can not get the machine to freeze the liquid enough. The consistency is as if you left frozen yogurt sitting out for 5-10 minutes. It’s very loose, not firm. So disappointed as I was hoping this would work. Now it is a wasted big expense.

I really love this machine. It is small, but, that is what I wanted. It’s just my husband and I. I followed the instructions and it was done in about 20-25 minutes. Consistency was soft serve. I used my own (no cook recipe) and just modified the proper amounts. I researched a lot of machines and this one seems to be true to description. The dasher and parts are plastic so care should be taken when handling. I froze the bowl in my deep freeze and froze it upside down to keep the ingredients from sticking to the bottom. Worked great! I made the ingredients and put it in the back of the refrigerator where it would be kept the coldest, for a day. This was my first time using it. If anything different happens I will add to my review.

Los materiales no son los mejores pero para ser un producto de uso domestico cumple las espectativas.

Excelente producto de buena calidad,,preparo helados deliciosos ,,,muy practica en 30 min obtengo 3 litros de delicioso helado ,,,recomiendo agregar fruta natural y quedan deliciosos

Muy fácil de usar! Funciona mejor si al hielo le pones 1 kilo de sal de grano y aprox 1 taza de alcohol. Así, la mezcla endurece en menos de 30 mins

Would totally recommend this product. Makes the BEST ice cream ever... EVER! So smooth, takes about an hour once you set everything up and prechill the container! The machine comes with a few recipes (can make frozen yogurt, alcohol based recipes, various ice creams, sorbet...etc) and step-by-step instructions, really handy!! You definitely want a proper storage container though (I've tried a few different kinds but it needs to have a good seal on it! I bought a couple different buckets of ice cream ... ended up cleaning them after and kept the empty ice cream containers... I have found out that you can also use plastic wrap to put over the top of a container, before sealing it with a lid for some extra protection - it can get ice crystals in it if you're not careful enough). Looks just like advertised! Makes a TON of ice cream so be prepared for leftovers!! The outside of the machine is wrapped with real wood planks, probably helps with holding the temperature of the machine because it works super well!! People who have said "I don't like ice cream" have tried a scoop and then asked for a bowl!!!! If you look this machine up on YouTube, people have compared it to ice cream machines twice the price. BUY THIS MACHINE! Totally 100% recommend this... I can't wait for summer! 😊🍦

La he usado dos veces y el helado ha quedado espectacular!Vi varios videos en YouTube y obtuve varios tipsLa calidad de los ingredientes y mucho menos químicos que los de marca comercial

Funciona muy bien y les recomiendo poner hielo hasta el tope, si no es dificil dejar el frio dentro.

We bought a brand new complete electric unit, 4 qt., because I read of many issues with the 6 qt and it's dasher not fitting correctly and therefore not working as well as the 4 qt.1. We received it a day earlier than expected... bonus2. Everything that was supposed to be in the box was there and in excellent brand new condition - no shipping damages.3. I washed unit as instructed.4. We chose to make the Easy Vanilla Ice Cream recipe listed in the included manual. We followed the easy instructions and it worked perfectly. We stopped the unit exactly at 30 min and... perfection.5. An hour later, we made another included recipe, Easy Chocolate Ice Cream. Again, exactly 30 min later... perfection.6. Absolutely no mess. Used the unit on my kitchen table on a small towel just in case, but no leaks what so ever.7. Very easy clean up. No hassles, small parts, or hard to clean areas.8. The only problem we didn't think of was containers to put the ice cream in when storing in the freezer. But that's not their fault...lol.Both were so delicious and I didn't have to wonder where it was made and if it's safe to eat. The kids (13 & 8) say they never want store bought ice cream ever again. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone and everyone.

Happy to find this product on amazon.in. The ice-cream maker itself is very easy to use. Could make delicious icecream within less than 1 hour. Whole process of making ice-cream at home is fun.
