I feel very comfortable for if my child were to step on broken shell or glass at the beach at our marina which was most important for me. The quality is outstanding for the price and is great for a kid with high steps rather than the sock fitted type

Perfect water shoes for kidsThe inserts did come off (per usual) but overall, a good water shoe and looked cool too!

This pair of water shoes has pros and cons compared to the other water shoes we’ve had.Pros over others:~The sole is quite thick, making it really comfortable, and more like a real sole rather than thin water shoes soles.~it’s super breathable, which is especially great for sensitive skin.Cons compared to others:~It might not be as durable.~The drawstring closure is less easy to put on/off compared to slip on or Velcro closures. To us, this is a biggie.Other than that, it fits true to size and works well as water shoes.

I might of not be accommodating that the shoes I buy my child included them wearing socks. With these and no socks on they were larger than what I needed. You def want them fitting snug as they are going to be used when wet and do not want your foot to me moving around for stability and for skin irritation. As far as the mark, they are made of rubber with allot of grip. These are something that will get allot of use at the water parts where you want the protection and added grip. Well ventilated to it out once they are wet and to drain out any water. Pull string toggle to make tighter , so very easy to tighten and loosen especially when hands are wet.
