I already have one, these are excellent, work like a dream. Recipe included is very good indeed. But any popover or yorkshire pudding recipe will do. I use Wilton BakeEasy spray for release because it's so easy, and release is excellent, though I'm sure their directives would be fine too if you don't want to use a spray. Just make sure you cook them long enough, almost too long, otherwise they collapse after you take them out, could even bake at a slightly lower temp once risen, to prevent overbrowning. They rise beautifully just as a popover should!. Also radiant heat works better than convection though good in convection too (My oven does both, so have compared results).

I got one of these for Christmas and have used it over and over since then. Popovers in 20 minutes. How wonderful. Releases great and cleans up great! I have not had a single failure. I am so impressed with this pan that I just ordered 3 more for gifts. This is by no means my first popover pan. I have been making them for about 20+ years so I am not new to them or easily impressed. Prior to this my favorite pan was the Chicago Metallic pan, which is a good pan, but this one is even better IMO. Please be sure and try the recipe that comes with this pan as it is much better than my old standard one I have used for years. I think the addition of more eggs and butter replacing the oil makes them just fabulous. I have tryed numerous recipes over the years and this one is better than any I have ever had. If you buy this pan and actually use it you will not regret getting your purchase.
