There aren't any included instructions, but it seems self-explanatory. Set the needle on the inscribed bullseye and then see if the cartridge squares up with lines and adjust as needed.It is a bit tricky to get the cartridge needle centered and the spindle hole is a tight fit, but I was able to properly check and set the cartridge in a few minutes.

Good value for the money. It would be a little nicer to use if it was mirrored though.

Simple works well. It is tight to get on and off the spindle but just be careful and it shouldn't break.

Protractor works perfect for aligning my cartridge. I use a sorbothane mat, which can be slightly tacky. When I went to remove it from the spindle, it cracked into 3 pieces. Kind of my own fault but just be careful if you buy it because it's very tight on the spindle. Probably to keep it accurate. Little magnifier works good too.

The only way to insure optimum needle alignment to record groove. I bought this one instead of the mirrored version. It worked great, I could easily see the alignment. I thought the double image of the mirrored version would make it harder, but I have never tried that version of this tool. Good enough and maybe better.
