No llega en Caja original, las instrucciones patece una fotocopia en blanco y negro y no trae el libro de recetas.Código de barras viene tachado

Es un producto que venden como nuevo y en realidad es usado, venía sin caja original, sin instructivo… es evidente que fue manipulado ya que venía pintado con pintura aerosol distinta a la base, con un olor muy fuerte, las pieza fueron removidas porque tiene tornillos que no corresponden e incluso uno de ellos dañó la pieza… está todo rallado, golpeado y tallado; viene muy maltratado … y los códigos QR para acceder a la página y el recetario están tallados con plumón

I use my ninja creami every. single. day. I love it. It makes such good protein ice cream and regular ice cream too! I’ve had it for over a year now. A few tips: after blending the first time, add a little bit of milk if it’s “crumbly” or not an ice cream texture. Sometimes I do this two to three times before I get the perfect texture. Also, make sure the blade is on all the way and not at any angle! One time I didn’t have the blade clipped in all the way and it shaved the plastic off of my one container the whole way down! I had to throw my one container. That was on me though because I had the blade at an angle….oooops! And, i personally have had the best luck so far with simple clean protein powder and fairlife milk. Superior combo, thank me later!

El producto llegó en una caja sin ningún tipo de marcas. Adentro venía el producto sin instrucciones, sin libro de recetas y sin libro de garantía. El código barcode tiene una raya con plumón negro. No sé si es un producto usado, regresado o simplemente incompleto.

Bought this for my dad who loves ice cream. He has been an ice cream mad scientist and created all sorts of new flavors. 4 stars only because it is VERY loud and drives my mom nuts. She wears noise cancelling headphones when it's on. Overall works great!

So I saw the machine on TikTok and was amazed at how much you could “creami”. I’m lactose intolerant, so the ability to make treats with lactose free milk is wonderful, and making things with fruit is fabulous!

the machine is great!!! Like my mom loves this, she makes ice cream every single day now and the comes out so delicious and perfect.But could you please fix the description of how many int containers it brings, it only brings 2 not 3 and my mom argue with me for like 15 minutes because of this lol is just 2 pint and the container where you put the pint container.other than that the product is great

We have had 2 of these now. We primarily used it for shakes using softened ice cream. Both of them broke after just 2 weeks. We thought that maybe we had gotten a bad unit the first time, but after the second one broke, we won't be buying a Ninja Creami again. Don't get me wrong, when it works, it works well. The product looks nice and is study and we enjoyed having delicious shakes with less effort. But that only lasted 2 weeks (both times) and the product has serious issues. First it is extremely noisy - even when it isn't broken. Second you have to be very careful to get everything lined up - the cup in the holder, the lid on the holder, the blade in the lid, the holder in the machine. Even though we took great care to make sure everything was lined up perfectly per the instructions, it still broke. The paddle blade falls off. It makes a horrible noise with no way to turn the machine off. I kept expecting the paddle blade to fly out the side of the machine. And when the noise stops, the paddle blade is stuck at the bottom of the cup under your ice cream. And best of all metal shavings get sprinkled in your desert. I really hope Ninja gets their product issues ironed out - I would imagine all the returns have got to be costing them. We really expected this to be good having bought other Ninja stuff before and really liking the brand, but this is a badly flawed product. I wanted to give it zero stars, but had to give it one to submit the review.
