I enjoy the occasional waffle, but have always been unimpressed with the results from home irons. It always seemed like I would end up with an under- or over-cooked waffle that was soggy regardless of doneness. I contribute that issue to the mix, and I've tried many, including homemade. However, I recently came across a mix, that in tandem with this waffle iron, makes the perfect waffles--repeatedly. If you prefer your waffles to have a golden (true golden, not burnt) and crispy exterior with a soft fluffy core, try the Augason Farms Pancake & Waffle Mix on a #3 setting. It's the perfect mix for this waffle maker. This iron is quick to get to operating temperature, quick to cook, and has an audible and visual alarm when your waffle is complete. With a little practice, you can pour batter without measuring by stopping the fill at just below the top grid row that is somewhat visible from the pour opening. This allows the batter to expand without excess and leaving you without a messy overfill situation. The non-stick plates make removal of your finished waffle a breeze, and with all my mix/batter trials, never have I had a waffle stick or difficult to remove. That being said, I haven't tried sticky add-ins such as chocolate chips, and I can see that being a potential issue if that's how you roll. Overall, this waffle maker cooks evenly--top to bottom, front to back--and makes preparation and cleanup a breeze. With the right mix used, it is exceptional.

Very easy to use and would purchase again. Easy to clean, no hassle to make waffles, small footprint to store.

Perfect waffle maker, great build, great quality, it heats up very quickly, waffles don't stick, it comes with a convenient little container to pour the batter in. The built in settings make is very user friendly and easy. A must have for easy, delicious breakfasts.

Te tienes que acostumbrar a las medidas porque si le pones un poco de más rebosa pero salen excelente al seguir las instrucciones , para nosotros con 2 de los cuatro cuadros es más que suficiente.

AMO LOS WAFFLES y nunca me había topado con un producto tan maravilloso como este. En verdad es una súper compra! Estoy feliz!! La wafflera avisa cuando ya está listo el waffle y lo puedes sacar sin ningún problema porque sus planchas son totalmente anti-adherentes!Solo les paso un paño húmedo después que he terminado de cocinar para limpiarlas y ya está!OJO: Hay que precalentar para que la mezcla no derrame. El foco verde avisa cuando ya está lista para recibir la mezcla y comenzar a cocinar.La recomiendo ampliamente!
