Ordered this early November for Christmas gift, which was my fault as you cannot return after 30 days. When we opened it up to charge and get ready it worked for about 5 minutes but then error code to insert SD card. It was in correctly so we took out and reinserted to no avail. My granddaughter was devastated as her siblings had something similar but another brand which worked correctly and still going strong 3 weeks later. Skip this product! I did send message to the seller and have not heard anything back!

This phone is good quality and rugged. It can provide hours of entertainment. It is very good value for money. It's fun to take pictures and play games, and it's the perfect reasonably priced gift for kids of any age.

Suddenly shows that the memory card is not detected, ask me to reinsert it and restart, but I tried a lot of times still showing that the card is not detected, that’s so strange! Plus my kid only play this phone on weekend for 20 minutes! I only bought it one month ago!

Opened this with my grand daughter on Christmas Eve morning. She was so excited & the phone won’t even turn on.

I wish I had a video of my niece opening this! She is 4 and when I tell yall she squealed I mean it. Was 10x cuter than I thought based on the price. It looks like a real phone! She feels like such a big girl as her oldest sibling is 16. I can’t wait to see all the pictures she takes ❤️
