Runs small. The neck in one of the shirts was very stretched out. I did not send back because my grand son wanted them.

Definitely size up. These types of pajama tend to be on the more fitted style. They are also a little thin. My kids run hot so it works out. Design matches the photos.

We bought these for our 3 year old daughter who LOVES Spongebob. She wears a 4T in pj’s usually but I got her a size 6 based on other reviews of them running small. They’re a little loose but she can fit them fine. They’re super cute! Can definitely be unisex. We love them!
