I love these Bluetooth headphones. I have had these for almost a year now, and I just bought a second pair for my home office. I work hybrid (most days in office, and a few days a month at home). I've been using my headset at the office for almost a year and I love them.They are noise canceling which is great cause we have large printers that print ALL DAY LONG, so if I am on the phone with someone or listening to my podcast, I don't have the printer noise bothering me. The Bluetooth connection has amazing range. I can be on the phone and walk to the other side of the building to the break room for some ice and my headphones stay connected with no static or interruption.Battery life is also really important to me and these headphones rarely need to be charged. I use them 8 hours or more a day, 5 days a week and I have yet to fully drain the battery life. I just charge them while I'm off on the weekend and then they go strong M-F every week.They are very comfortable to wear. the padding is great, they don't make your head, ears or temples hurt like some over the ear headphones do. You almost forget you are wearing them sometimes.Also, I have had 6 co workers buy these exact same headphones. They all rave about them. I think I should be like a commission or bonus or something for all these referrals, haha. In all honesty though, I would recommend these to everyone. I have yet to find anything negative about these. They are worth every penny.

They lasted 3 months and then stop working. They sound when I connect the jot cable, otherwise the do not work. The USB turns on it's lights but the headset never came back to normal, lights did not turn on again. I wrote an email to new been asking a refund and after some trials they ask me to do on the headset to make sure they were not working, they sent me back the money I paid through Amazon.

La diadema está increíble, yo la uso para trabajo home office y es súper cómoda, se enlazó muy fácil y sin inconveniente a la computadora del trabajo, la calidad del audio es excepcional. Yo trabajo turno completo y recibo alrededor de 60 llamadas por día y la batería aguanta sin inconvenientes.

Muy bien el acolchonado en los oídos, el volumen, fácil de instalar, muy satisfecha con la compra ya haré una segunda compra unos para la oficina y otros en la casa, muy recomendables

This wireless headset is not only compact but versatile and how it can be used. Usually, you need to have a Bluetooth enabled device to use Bluetooth speakers or headphones but this comes with an adapter it allows you to input into non Bluetooth ready PCS to create a connection. This is great as I have a tower computer that does not have Bluetooth access without any kind of adapter and this will allow setup and having conference calls and the like go much faster and easier but I don't have to install anything or download any special software to get this running. Even if you don't want to use it in that way, you can still use it as traditional Bluetooth headphones bye following the instructions to connect to your phone or tablet. Either way, you have a strong connection with clear audio and a working microphone so you can take calls and listen to music and other types of audio with ease.

I am one of those lucky people who will be working from home permanently unless I decide tonight switch careers. When we were all transitioned to permanent work from home, my company sent us all top of the line wireless headsets. Unfortunately, that was 3 years ago and spending that kind of cash on thousands of people is apparently not in the cards any longer. I don't have to use my headset very often, but I do use it a few times a day and there's nothing worse than being tethered to one spot all day.So here are my issues with this headset.Does it work? You could say it does in a way.What do I mean?Well, it constantly disconnects from the Bluetooth adapter with no warning. This means that several times a day, I THINK the headset is functioning, I make a call and lol and behold it's disconnected- again.Ok, fine. It's disconnected again. Simple fix, right? Wrong.You can't just take the adapter out and put it back in to get it to reconnect. You have to turn the headset off and on a COUPLE of times, a long with taking the connector out. Eventually (if you're lucky ) it will right itself, but this is really inconvenient when you've discovered this right when someone calls you, or it's time to start your 6th unnecessary (and distracting) zoom call of the week.It would be less irritating if the headset randomly did this after long periods of not using it. I could at least UNDERSTAND that. Here's the thing though: it does this after an hour, or even 30 minutes. Several times a day I THINK it's working only to get a call that is ringing through my laptop, which I have to answer because I don't have time to perform the magic spell, or conjure the spirit of the headset, or whatever else it demands of me in order to simply WORK. This leads to calls that are garbled and that I can't even fully pay attention to, bc I'm busy trying to wrangle this headset into submission.The bottom line is this: I don't recommend it.It's very affordable but sometimes the old adage "you get what you pay for" is true, and it certainly is here. Rather than return it, I'll probably purchase another, different brand and maybe use this as a back-up....Until my company is ready to once again pony up $200-$300 for solid performing brand again, that is!6/13/23 EDIT:So, I am editing my rating and my review.The company contacted me directly to make things right, and to address some of the concerns ai expressed in my review.Customer Service means absolutely everything to me, and any company that would go to these kinds of lengths to make a customer happy is good to me.The headset - at least the one I got - still has the issues described BUT the company has rectified that & so I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4.
