Something about the design of the 19mm flange makes every backflow protector membrane fail (flips all the way inside out and loses suction) with the baby Buddha pump. It's only this flange and none of the others I've bought from elsewhere. Can't recommend.

The smaller flange size works great but is a weird experience if using a hands free pumping bra. The multiple parts of traditional pump parts allows you to insert the flange into your pumping bra and connect the other pieces as needed, this flange is not compatible with the Medela pumping bra and works ok with other pumping bras I have but it’s awkward to get the flange in and out of the bra without dripping some milk out of the flange when taking it off.

Such a bummer that the big companies don’t have flanges for our small nipples (LOL!) but so grateful for this one!! Will edit if needed, but have had great success with using this with the Medela Symphony. Only thing is that they didn’t fit the mini Medela bottles it came with, so I use the Abbott ones I received from the hospital.

Excelente opción a bajo costo de repuesto, yo eh comprado de otra marca anteriormente y la verdad funcionan muy bien y son compatibles entre sí y las originales también.

I have the Medela Symphony and the 19mm shield was the correct size. The shield and connector itself is one piece...I kinda liked and disliked that part; to pump it's very easy to assemble but to wash & dry it's a little bit more work. Also, if you plan to use a hands-free pumping bra it might not work because of the one piece shield.On a side note, it really does make a difference using the correct size shield. I was using the 24mm shield my pump came with and it didn't hurt but there was a noticeable difference in using the correct size I should have been using. It's more comfortable and I feel like I pump more milk than I did before. My lactation consultants never once brought up shield sizes, I figured it out on my own.
