It took some doing, but got this installed and had no problems. I would like more pressure from the showerhead. The handheld is very strong pressure and the water runs through the filter and into the head or handheld by the same route.So, three months later my pressure was getting low and my hair felt dry so I knew I needed to change the filter. I was having a heck of a time getting the filter housing apart so I took it off at the shower arm. Went to put it back on and it was leaking. I could see that the plastic for the threads was shredding a bit on the filter housing. Housing is thick plastic not metal. Long story short, the threads stripped out and it now doesn't even seat up anymore to stay on. I am a female and hand tightened only. Now I can't use the filter at all.

I have had this item installed for about 2 years or so. I love it. Easy to install and change the cartridges'. Work really well, i noticed a difference in my hair and skin! Highly recommend.

I purchased this to help with hard water, it has lots of pressure and so does the side sprayer! The black matched perfectly

Really easy to install. The water pressure is great and I can tell the difference in the water due to the filter. It’s funny because my husband told me to taste the water and it tastes clean! The head is a nice metal material but the handheld is plastic (still very nice though). Only complaint is the part that holds the handheld. This part allows you to adjust the handhel up/down/sideways but if you adjust it too far up it comes off. All you have to do is pop it back on but this may be an issue to some. Hope this helps. I recommend and would buy this again.
