Llego el producto sin el eliminador, como se supone que voy a utilizarlo? Pésimo control de calidad al menos en el empaque

Less than 6 months after purchasing, one of the monitor inputs stopped working. Had lots of jitter and temporary monitor loss of video. I tried new cables and swapping computer inputs. No help. I unplugged the cable to the bad input and just used it to switch one monitor. Now, a few months later, the other input is going bad. Same issue... lots of jitter and loss of video. Would not recommend.

This was purchased because it claimed 4k@144Hz. After having a number of significant difficulties with displays, I independently tested video cables, then with cables verified at 4k@144Hz or 4K@120 Hz, I put the KVM switch in the middle of those cables. HDMI started flickering out repeatedly. I had to lower the HDMI to 4k@60Hz to make the display stay on. It took months to figure this out -- long after the return window closed.Updated 12/21/24: The NAWEN store has offered a refund on the purchase since it took so long to isolate it to the KVM switch, which is appreciated.

I have three monitors for my desktop, recently my work has decided we have to use a company laptop and I do not have a lot of extra space in my office. Got this so I can hang the laptop on the wall and use the monitors/peripherals to switch between my personal machine and the work laptop. I am using all known good cables but my computer once connected to the hub can only detect two of the three monitors. Returned one of these already thinking maybe I got a defective one, but the second has the same issue.Update - So the third monitor suddenly started working through the hub however when switching to other computers this third monitor remains permanently displaying the desktop of Computer 1 while the other two go dark. Computer 2 (Laptop) is unable to detect any monitors at all through the hub.

TLDR: If you have a dual DP monitor setup, for two separate computers, buy this IMMEDIATLEY!I have my work laptop set up with a docking station and my personal desktop setup at the same desk sharing resources (Keyboard, mouse, and monitors). I used to have to unplug all of my peripherals from the docking station and plug them into the back of my desktop IO anytime I wanted to use my personal computer. I hate the wear and tear on my IO doing that all the time and its an awful lot of tedium having to do that several times a week.I started researching and found that a KVM switch would allow me to connect both systems up to a single box and then have a simple switch to click to choose which computer you want to use. It took a little while to set up, and if you don't have good cable management or have a significant other who will complain about a rats' nest, I suggest you have a place to hide the box. I bought extra short DP cables and Velcroed every cable, so it's super clean.This product simplifies things so well. I couldn't be happier with my setup and ease of use each day. I want to play games in the evening and hit the switch to #2. I wake up and have to jump into work and hit the switch to #1. I have my docking station hooked into the switch because of the limited outputs on the laptop and have encountered no issues with peripherals not registering. You get it all in this package to put two systems together and my extra purchases for shorter cables and cable management or not necessities.
