Let’s be real—no cat litter is perfect. It’s all about priorities, and mine is *zero dust*. (Looking at you, Fresh Step—you’re the dusty worst.)Nature’s Miracle corn cob litter delivers on that front: *truly dust-free*, and the natural, plant-like scent is subtle (hard to place, but pleasant). Clumps form well, but they’re soft—*scoop gently* to avoid breakage.Pros:✔ No smell, even during daily cleanings.✔ Lightweight tracking—my robot vacuum handles it easily.✔ Long-lasting—$1.20/lb seems steep, but one bag lasts ~2 months for my single cat.Cons:❌ Soft clumps require careful scooping.❌ Not the cheapest, but worth it for clean air and easy cleanup.❌ Tracking is more prominent compared to heavier cat litters.

10 stars!! This is purchase number a milliondy for us we can’t live without it. When you first open the bag there is a strong “cedar-ey” smell and the first time I was afraid the cat (she’s older) wouldn’t take to it, but she did right away, and there is zero- I mean zero “cat stink” even when we don’t clean it everyday. Oh- and it clumps like a charm- so the cleaning is so easy! I keep a chenille mat to catch the bits off of her paws and vacuum up the rest with a cheap and weak stick vac, it comes right up. All natural means good for her health and then straight in the compost bin so good for the environment too.. and the best part is that no one.. I mean no one “knows” that a cat lives in your house because zero stink. Seriously, ZERO icky stinky pee and poo stink because there’s nothing worse than the smell of fragrance mixed with cat urine, eww. This stuff smells like nothing even with 3 days worth of cat crap. Brilliant!

How great would a dust-free alternative be to standard cat litter? We couldn't wait to begin using this product as it is supposed to help the problems of: dust everywhere, litter tracked around, odor, earth-friendliness, and so forth. A bit costly but oh, what a dream if it would solve the other problems! Guess what? Our cats won't use it! We tried using two identical pans side by side with the two options, "salting" the new stuff with their own poops and pees, and mixing the two kinds of litter together, but nothing worked. We did not want to remove their old pan with traditional litter altogether, forcing them to use the new stuff. Because what if they decided to eschew the pan altogether and go somewhere inappropriate? So, in this household, the spoiled cats won. At least for now; I plan to try again after a few months as a new test. I like the product; the cats did not. Conditionally recommended.

I was skeptical about this litter, but after months of Pretty Litter instantly smelling like an ammonia air freshener and years of Dr. Elsey's clay clumps breaking open like cat piss stink bombs while scooping, I was ready to try anything.Costwise, it's incredibly effective. One bag last a whole month for one cat (actually lasts a whole month, not just says it does on the package!) and is less than half the cost of brands like Pretty Litter. It's super light weight, I didn't realize the package I was bringing in had litter in it until I opened it.When pouring it has virtually no dust, and is easy to pour with the resealable package design.Tracking does occur, which is inevitable with my long hair cat, but isn't carried as far as other litters we've tried. Plus, accidentally stepping on a grain of litter made of corn is about a thousand times better than stepping on a piece of silica crystal. The clumps are smaller and don't break as easily, I'm assuming because the corn is more absorbent than clay-based litter. It's easy to scoop, and needs topping off less throughout the month as you're removing less litter each day. There is a slight smell, a bit of a 'farm-y' outdoorsy smell, but there is no piss or feces smell anymore. I don't mind the corn husk smell, you kind of get used to it pretty quick, and it's much better than a reeking amonia smell. My cat transitioned fully overnight and hasn't had any issues with the new litter. She used to roll around in the litter at every full change, and that would leave her dusty and smelling of clay and chemicals, but now she rolls in the corn litter and easily shakes off any pieces sticking to her and gets on with her day with no smell and no dust.

Tried this litter because the walnut shell variety wasn't available. It's not too bad at keeping the smell down, but it does not clump very well and therefore makes quite a mess. Could see Kitty's paw prints along the hardwood floors as a result of the dust. It was a difficult task cleaning the urine from the litter box too. Eventually tried mixing it in with another litter so it wouldn't go to waste, but we just couldn't work with this one. Their walnut shell litter performed better for us.
