Perfect for the baguettes to rise in. The fabric stand perfectly between the baguette while rising. It had a funky smell when I unpacked it. It has gone away after I aired it out. I am not keeping it in the bag that came with it as it seems to plastic-like.

Great material. Very nice to work with it. I keep it in the freezer after cleaning and drying.

I am happy with my purchase. I like to use rice flower to make the couche "non stick". The couche is a good size for my needs and Ihas food stiffness to give the baguette enough support to keep its shape.

OK, just kidding in terms of the headline. My baking skills can go wrong. But these really do help when you're attempting to get the loafs just so The weight and fold sof them are just right for me.

I recently added baguettes to my farmers market menu, so I needed to expand on production, so I chose this product upon reading reviews. I was not disappointed, really great quality, and I am very pleased. I’ve actually bought two of them since.
