I read the reviews and was hesitant to buy this, but did it anyway. I haven’t had an issue with the bottle falling out, but I’m usually walking versus running. However, it is very difficult to get any significant amount of water out. I’ve had other handheld Nathan water bottles with no spout issues, but this one is horrible. Requires way too much effort to get minimal amount of water out. Would not recommend buying this if you want to get water with ease.

Nice functional design, but be aware that not all sizes are insulated … thought I was getting an insulated one but the Amazon shopping experience allowed me to choose size without making it clear some sizes are and some are not insulated.Also, very little water comes out with a squeeze — a little more than a water gun would shoot. And the force required to get water is more substantial than I would expect or prefer. I want more water to come out faster and easier.

Great for distance running when you do not want to carry the hydro backpack. Easy to fill quickly with the large opening and the design of the bottle fits perfectly in the hand. I think it may be good for left-hand also. The strap can be tightened, and I notice even when my hands are sweating, the strap around may had does not loosen. I've used this for 50k trail runs and had no issues.

i tried to like this, but it's horrible for a runner.the bottle size and shape is nice, but the spout flow and the strap holding on to the bottle is total trash.i ran two long runs with it, threw the bottle in the trash afterwards. not even worth trying to get a refund.50$ garbagepros:+material is nice+a pocket for your phone+a pocket for running gelscons:-THE SPOUT HAS ALMOST ZERO FLOW-you have to like press hard with both hands, really hard, to get any flow out of this bottle-a huge downgrade in drinkability compared to the old model i have-the strap makes no sense how they thought it was a good idea-the strap is design in such a way that it will ALWAYS slip off the holding points mid run forcing you to adjust the strap over and over again.-by the above, i mean the strap holding the bottle, the strap holding to your hand is pretty well made

The product materials are high quality, but the design is really bad if you want to use it for running. The straps that are supposed to hold the phone holder onto the bottle do not fit the bottle's shape. Moreover, the bite valve is hard plastic and you need to use your teeth to keep it open (which hurts) otherwise no water comes out. Overall, I was disappointed.
