長いほうが飲みやすい。短いやつだと、おっぱい舐めてるみたいになって、なんだか自分で気持ち悪いと思ってた（笑）サロモンからネイサンに変えたので、こちらも同時に購入。

I love using these things with a running vest. Sometimes I just don’t feel like running with a a water bladder on my back. The only thing I don’t like about these is that the cap at the end it’s kind of hard to clean. I don’t want to drink mold. These are replacement caps for my old ones, because of that issue. My new solution is twofold: I only use water in them - no electrolyte drinks or anything sugary. When I get back from a run, I remove these, suck the last bit of water out of them that I can, and toss them with the empty bottle into my freezer. I have a waistband with a bottle in it, but it’s kind of a pain to access without stopping. I just pull the straw to my mouth when using these. I took the very tops of the straws under straps on the shoulders of my vest to keep them from being a distraction. Easy mid run access. I still wear a water bladder on runs lasting more than a couple of hours, but I really like these. I never do a race without bringing my own water, because I have been to races where support has broken down. I ran a half marathon where the temperatures reached the 90s, in Tennessee, and water stops were not yet set up at a couple of mile markers. I’m not even that fast. I had water to get me to the stops where there was water. So this is an important part of your race Kit unless you are an elite runner. I’m in the middle of the pack, and I make sure I have fluids with me. Great for training runs.

Waited for this item to come from the Netherlands.... Despite this, I received it in a fairly decent amount of time.I was preparing to go on a long run with the new straws (on my 20 oz insulated Nathan Flask); however, the new straws LEAKED when placed on my soft flask.Disappointed...
