I love this water bottle and bought it to carry with me in the Chicago marathon. I had a 12 ounce but wanted the 14 ounce for a marathon. It does not come with a wrist handle if you want to carry it. You can definitely hold it in your hand but I was too afraid I'd drop it. You can buy the handles I think(I just did a search and couldn't find any) but it's extra. I took off the one on my 12 ounce and attached it to this and it worked out fine. I have seen some reviews where people have DIY'd a handle. I was able to refill it on the course so I carried it until I saw my husband at mile 18 and relied on the hydration on course for the rest of the marathon.

とても使いやすいです。背骨のような樹脂板がフラスコの背に入っているのですが、これがいるかどうかは使用シーンによるかと思います。ランニングベストのポケットに片手で挿す際にはとても重宝しそうですが、私はウエストバッグに入れて使用しているので、必要なかったかな？と思っています。

ランニングに使用してます。最近暑くなってきましたので、凍らせてパンツに挟んで使用しています。使用後に洗いづらい点は有りますが、充分満足してます。ペットボトルは多すぎるしゴミが出ますので助かってます。うまく洗えない先端部の衛生だけが気掛かりです。
