Great sounding product and very impressed with customer support. I was very pleased to receive a call directly from the owner Mr. Myer himself interested is resolving my issue.I use this microphone for The Guitarron (Accoustic Guitar bass) in a Mariachi setting.The sound is great and easy to use. You can use the suction cup or do what worked for me.I used snap in place male/female Clear Double-Sided Adhesive Wall Hooks instead which are holding well.Images pending.Thank you!

This thing is amazing and SO natural sounding. Best thing I’ve ever done for my amplified upright sound. My bass is over 100 years old, and I love that the pickup is not requiring mods or any downtime to mount it. AND it’s an easy mounting system that can be moved quickly between instruments.

I am finally capable of hearing the natural sounds of my acoustic bass amplified. It is a fantastic revelation after searching years for the right pickup for me. I finally hear my bass naturally while amplified. I am very please with this pickup. Thank you Myers very much. I will purchase this pickup for my other acoustic instruments in the future.

I performed with this pickup on my upright bass for the first time this past weekend. I was skeptical at first and was prepared to switch to my old pick-up if needed. But the Myers Pickup is impressive. It delivered the volume I needed and, using the tone controls on the PA board, I was able to created a great and true sound. I was concerned about feedback but this pick-up seems to be feedback resistant and this was not an issue unless I was right on-top of the speakers with the volume turned up as you would expect.I was also skeptical about the suction-cup mount, however it worked nicely once you secure the instrument cable so it does not pull.I got the best results by using an XLR cable and plugging directly into the XLR (mic) input on the PA.
