Buenas amigos, el producto como tal el pedal está muy bueno, suena brutal el efecto, sin embargo al abrir la caja, y viendo review de como vendría, y como vienen los pedales MXR llegó sin goma para la perilla… pues, e incluso la caja se ve medio rota en la esquinas de la caja q abren, grabe todo elUnboxing, veré si todavía tengo el video y lo cargo… pero el pedal en perfecto funcionamiento… cabe resaltar que el producto según vi era nuevo, a menos que no lo haya visto pero todo iba normal, solo le pongo la calificación por la goma pues algunas paginas venden esa goma arriba de 10 dlls

The EVH-90 is an absolute favorite of mine. I really like the red black and white stripes. Makes it iconic. If anyone wants that EVH tone, definitely grab this phase 90. A bit pricey, but that's just what signature models are

A criticism sometimes levelled at this Phaser pedal is that it is more expensive than the MXR block or script versions. The reason for this is simple, this EVH version is BOTH of those pedals in one. You are not paying extra for the paint job and endorsement you are paying for the versatility of two different Phaser sounds available to you in one. The script button swaps between the two different types.With only one control knob it may look at first glance to be low on features but rotating said control knob makes a huge difference to your sound and with the included control knob cover you can alter the setting level with your foot, a simple but really useful feature.I use this pedal before the overdrive (high gain) in my pedal chain with a relatively low setting (around 8 o'clock) In script mode and it sounds fantastic. The articulate way this pedal responds to your playing style gives it an 'organic' feel, clear and warm, harmonic, it becomes an integral part of the sound you already have even at relatively high settings, the sound is natural and musical. There really are no bad sounds within this pedals settings every sound is usable throughout its whole range your style and preference will dictate how you use it and not the limitations of the pedal and with the aforementioned foot cover on the control knob you can make level changes mid song, to go from soaring lead to whooshing special effects then right back again.Who should buy this pedal? Anyone playing any style of music wanting a good quality natural sounding phaser. This is not just for metal, although rest assured it does that style to perfection.Who shouldn't buy this pedal? If you try out an MXR script Phaser and an MXR block Phaser (the orange coloured ones) and are 100% sure you will only ever want to use the sound of whichever of those you prefer then you could save a few quid and buy only that version. I probably will only use the script setting on my EVH but for around £30 extra when compared to the price of a new script version, at the push of a button I have access to all the great sounds available in the block version as well, for me that was a no brainer but the choice is yours, what I know for sure is you will never regret owning this EVH version even if you only set it to one setting and never alter it again you will always know the other settings are there if you need them.

Yeah, the blue light. What the hell? So powerful it actually hurts your eyes. Other than that...I've been playing for over 30 years, and only recently have I decided to learn some Van Halen for fun. Tough stuff to play, but tone-wise, picking up this pedal has made nailing Eddie's sound a breeze. It sounds so cool when you kick it in for solos and that gorgeous swirling sound takes the notes to an entirely new level. Yeah, Eddie had some cool tricks up his sleeve!There's just a subtle difference between the block and script settings (script is a little more subtle), but as others have said, you'd be hard pressed to notice. But here's a little trick to nail the early EVH sound: engage the script button and point the dial at the word "Script" and there it is!Apart from the EVH sound, you can nail that cool Robin Trower "Leslie" tone, too. There's really so much you can do with it. And I never had a volume drop as others have noted--perhaps they aren't clear as to how exactly a phase pedal modulates your sound? I don't get it. In fact, I find that engaged with the dial completely turned down, you get a nice preamp sweetness that makes the notes pop. It's really hard not to sound good with this thing!So the bottom line is, this is a real winner and quite cool aesthetically, especially for those of us 80s brats raised on Van Halen. I picked mine up for $110 here on Amazon. If you want the sound but not the EVH graphics and the choice between block and script, get a regular block Phase 90 for much less money, and you'll be happy--it will essentially do the same thing. Have fun!
