These books are about hand size, not too big, not too small. Very nice quality with bookmarks and gold edges on the pages. For the price these are excellent. They look nice and feel sturdy. You'll be very happy with these.

My future husband and I are writing personal vows to read to ourselves while we get ready for the wedding the morning of so we wanted something nice that will hold up throughout the years and possibly even writing in them on future anniversaries. These are hardcover and way more worth it then getting paperback Vow books
