This is like the game of Simon. Lights flash and you punch them. I got this for my son's 13th birthday and he and his 16 yo brother played with it for hours. It comes with gloves which they really liked but they ended up battling each other with 1 gloved hand each.The game is battery powered but needs to be charged now and then. I was happy to learn that it didn't need to be near an power outlet because there are warning stickers all over it saying the velcro and double sided tape will damage walls. That's a deal breaker for me so I found a spot in the unfinished part of my basement to mount it on cement. It also comes with hardware allowing you to mount it on drywall without the tape but I figured the unfinished basement foundation wall would be better so no one needs to hear the pounding. However, if you have an outdoor shed, you could mount this on an interior door or somewhere out of the elements and power it using a backup batter pack.
