I bought this label printer about 7 months ago to use with a MacBook pro and I love it. It's very easy to set up and prints very well. It needs to be connected to the USB cable to print but it's not something that bothers me at all. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the power cord had a manufacturing defect that I hadn't noticed before. It was like a cut between the outlet and the cord and even though it continued to print perfectly, I contacted the manufacturer, and they replaced the cord under the warranty. They were very kind, and the process was very smooth. If you are looking for a good budget/quality printer that is easy to use I recommend this one without a doubt.

War am Anfang sehr skeptisch da ich mich nicht auskenne mit Druckern dieser Art.Doch ist der Umgang mit diesem Gerät praktisch und einfach.Ich habe die Drucker Einstellungen am Computer anpassen müssen, was aber kein Problem dargestellt hat(die Grösse des Druckerpapiers und die Skalierung).Ich benutze den Drucker um Versandscheine zu drucken und bin mit dem Ergebnis der Versandscheine sehr zu frieden. Die DHL Scanner haben auch keine Probleme die Scheine zu erfassen.Ich bin bis jetzt, sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf dieses Produktes.

me gustó mucho la impresora térmica, lo único que no me gustó y que no me fijé es que no es bluetooth, por lo que no puedo mandar a imprimir con mi celular, que era justamente para lo que la quería, de ahí en fuera es fácil de usar, al principio no sabía como hacerle para imprimir, pues no trae un manual físico, y el que viene digital esta en ingles, batalle para traducirlo, opté por ver videos en YouTube

i’ve been eyeing up this label. Printer for a while now. Finally, I caved and was able to buy it on sale. Taking it out of the box I was amazed by how compact and small the printer is self is. It came with some extra labels to test out but I also bought the same brand labels for this printer. I also love that it doesn’t need the same brand labels and I can use any 4 x 6. after printing a test run for an order, I was surprised by how seamless the printing process was. It was super easy to set up, and the instructions were very clear. The speed of the printing was just as I expected, and even a little bit faster than I had hoped. The ink, or rather, I say no ink, thermal ink worked perfectly, and didn’t smudge. I really like the idea and story behind the brand, and this printer definitely held up to its best reviews.
