My 100% go-to tape measure now. Reasonably light weight, VERY strong magnets, 25' length, imperial/metric, easy to read, lock is great, all good for me. I keep one in the truck, one in the home, and one in the workshop. The only thing I don't really care for is the weird strap on the back end. I'll probably cut it off and put a lanyard or something on there.

As I've gotten into 3d printing I've gotten used to the convenience of metric math so I picked this up to have both options on tap when building larger stuff. It's well built and the magnetic tip can be handy at times. I like it.

Good for measurements, but not strong as I thought. Since the tape has measurements both the sides its rally useful and easy to the measurements in site. We can take accurate measurements in mm as well as feet and inches..
