I've been using this jump rope for over a year as part of my training, and it is such high quality and well made. The carrying bag makes it easy to travel with when I go on on vacation or travel for work.The weighted jump rope has excellent feedback, and is easy to adjust. The plastic adjustment bit doesn't break off or wear down easily like other ropes. The handles are a great grip, and it allows for me to spin the rope with ease.I'd highly recommend this jump rope with the price point being a good deal and for you to add to your workout mix.

Ya llevo usándola casi 1 semana y debo decir que me ha encantado bastante. Es muy resistente, yo suelo usarla en piso de azulejo porque si la uso sobre concreto sí se puede desgastar fácilmente como cualquier otra cuerda.No puedo decir que no se enreda porque sí se enreda un poco al terminar de saltar, pero se desenreda fácilmente. Esto suele pasar regularmente con cuerdas pesadas y de este material, pero no se enreda tanto como las cuerdas flexibles, este material es un más rígido que otras debido a que es gruesa (1 cm).Tengo otra cuerda que es del mismo peso, pero es el doble de gruesa debido a que es trenzada, pero a diferencia de esta tienes que saltar un poco más alto y este tipo de cuerdas no se enredan para nada, pero también con el tiempo se puede deshacer el trenzado. Todas tienen sus ventajas y desventajas, usa la que más te convenga para tus necesidades.Recomiendo enrollarla de manera adecuada con bucles circulares grandes sin torcer la cuerda para que no se fuerce tanto y evita exponerla mucho al Sol.

I like this jump rope, the fact that it’s weighted makes my workout even better, the extra weight helps with my arms
