Tbh I was skeptical because this looked kind of bulky, but that hasn't been an issue at all! Very easy to put on, take off, and wash. There's also a little cover that goes over the velcro so you're not scratching yourself or others. Some of my BJJ friends are now choosing this over the other more sleek or flashy ear guards.
