I had 2 ninjas in 9 years. The last one however lasted less than 3 years. So we decided to try something different. The water reservoir clip broke on this one the very first time I put water in it (please don’t hold by the plastic pieces) put in a claim because the claim people are giving me a hard time- so I super glued it. it’s definitely not as tough as the ninja (I use care with the plastic pieces because they seem flimsy). Coffee doesn’t come out as hot as the ninja, although it was the same temperature 80 minutes later in the carafe. One big pro is the flavor is good (on bold) and it is strong. Flavor is better than the ninja. There are goods and bads, everything is made so poorly now and so expensive. ***update*** coffee stays warm even after 2 hour timer goes off. Flavor is very good. Carafe is slow to pour and hard to get the last bit out.

Initial impressions: difficulty understanding the instruction and putting it together. The instruction booklet is very long, just the English portion is 16 pages. Is that really necessary? I think these instructions only make sense to the person who wrote them. Fortunately, they do provide an 800 number, I did not call. Once I figured out how to put it all together, I was impressed. Love the carafe, which keeps the coffee warm for hours. I can take the full carafe into my home office, which is great. Coffee is absolutely delicious! Maybe the best I've ever tasted. Though I think the initial instructions make things difficult, once you've got it down you have a reliable and delicious pot of coffee. Very happy.

Oh my God. This is so much better than a regular Mr. Coffee. My wife and I had switched from using Mr. Coffee for decades to a percolator, but that is messy, takes more work, and coffee was not consistent at all. Why did we switch away? The darn glass carafes kept breaking within about a year, and we had to keep replacing the Mr. Coffee.This one? The carafe is an INSULATED stainless steel flask. There is no heating element under the pot! Not only will this carafe not break on me, but I had no idea how much I did not like that heating element and having to keep the pot "on" until I didn't have one.Makes great coffee. Easy to clean. Seems like it is built to last for a while, unlike the cheaper models. I can't recommend this highly enough. 5 stars is all I can give it. For anyone who has and likes Mr. Coffee but is using one of the cheaper glass models, you will love this.

I bought this same unit 6 years ago never had any issue. I have just made 4 pots of coffee with the same replacement no issue coffee is hot for 6 hours works as advertised. We don't use the filter I have an osmosis system for all our drinking water. This is such a simple system if you are having problems with overflow as many have stated It would have to be the screw on top for the carafe, or the maker is not level on the countertop.

Love it. It makes good hot coffee. I love the timer and I love the thermos that keeps the coffee hot. I use it every day. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 or three drinking coffee as the basket is on the smaller side. One slight complaint is the water level marker is hard to see. But highly recommend.

El café se mantiene caliente por 4 horas sin problema, la jarra no me gusta ya que queda liquido dentro por la forma del recipiente y la tapa; el tema de los filtros que se cambian cada mes es un punto a considerar. Se programa muy fácil y se limpia de igual manera.

Lo unico que no me gusta mucho es que el cafe sale muy lento de la jarra. De ahi en más (que es en realidad algo no muy importante para mi) todo esta perfecto. El cafe dura caliente +4 horas y al no tener una resistencia que lo mantenga caliente (si no una jarra termica) ahorras energía y el café no se quema

Este cafetera me llegó sin una pieza. He visto algunos unboxing en YOUTUBE y tampoco los trae pero sin embargo el manual dice que si. Al final se está llevando uno por la información de la marca y el producto viene incompleto.
