This product is used on a CNC router I found it to be extremely noisy and has a lot of vibration not too happy

The spindle in my discontinued Inventables Carvey started to go bad. Was told this was a direct replacement. i had to use the old spindle fan from the this spindle since it was slightly bigger than the diameter of the spindle. Also the top collet holder nut is slightly bigger on the new spindle. I could have easily replaced it with the older one, but I opted to leave it. This spindle has more runout. There is a lot of chatter when cutting whereas I didn't have that with the old spindle.
