This backpack is made of a canvas material and the way it’s designed it doesn’t scream it’s a camera backpack which is a major plus for me. I don’t know how water resistant the material is and a rain jacket is not included. At the front of the backpack, you will find the main access to the camera compartment. The access panel has a Velcro sleeve that is almost the size of the panel. At the top near the bottom of the carry handles is a zippered padded pocket. Looking at the front (of the bag) to the right side is a water bottle / tripod holder. There’s a strap at the top to help secure your tripod. On the left side of the bag (when looking at the front) is the side access to the camera compartment. The side access facing the inside has 2 small pockets to hold batteries or memory cards. The back of the backpack has decent mesh padding with a luggage strap in the middle. The shoulder straps are decently padded. The shoulder straps have a D ring along with a chest strap. The bottom of the shoulder strap adjustment strap has elastic bungee to hold the excessive strap. This backpack is a 60/40 design meaning the camera compartment uses 60% of the bag. The other 40% is allocated to the top compartment. The laptop compartment is access via the top compartment. I was able to fit my 2020 13” MacBook Air without any issue. The laptop compartment is fully padded and it’s placed toward your back. It would have been nice if the top compartment had pockets but it’s only a single big compartment. The divider that separate the top compartment and camera compartment can be removed to allow you to use the backpack as a large single compartment. Now onto the camera compartment. It’s decently padded so your camera gear should be safe. I have a 2 camera system: A Sony Full Frame System and an Olympus Micro Four Thirds System. If you have a full frame system, you won’t be able to fit too much (at least in my case). If you have a crop sensor system, you’ll be able to fit a lot more.I was able to fit the following:Sony System: Sony A7III camera with Tamron 28-200mm lens attached. Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 lens. Sony 16-35mm F4 lens. Godox TT350 flash, Peak Design strap.Olympus system: OM-1 camera with 12-100 F4 lens. Olympus 8-25mm F4 lens. Olympus 12-40mm F2.8 lens. Olympus 17mm F1.8 lens. Rokinon 7.5mm fisheye lens. Panasonic 100-300mm lens.Overall, I really like this camera backpack. It’s very nice looking and I love that it looks like a normal backpack. The green color is the old school OD green which matches the material perfectly. I can fully recommend this backpack.

while those of us in the know are well-aware of the top camera bags, made by the likes of peak, PGYTech and so on, we are also aware of the fact that they are admittedly pricey. but with pricey gear, a pricey bag could be a tiny drop in the bucket. that said, for those of us on more (relatively) shoestring budgets, for the features, this camera backpack is nice for the price. not too heavy, only weighing a couple pounds, it is largely padded canvas with pleather accents and a rather unobtrusive embossed front logo. the stitching looks excellent, the zippers are all nicely heavy duty, in line with the canvas motif, and a good range of storage options exist with this bag. i'll clarify what was not immediately clear to me given my viewing of the product photos, which may be helpful for your decision in purchasing this item. there's a generous front pocket with removable, customizable Velcro padding for lenses and other gear as appropriate, with integrated left side Velcro pockets for smaller doodads like single lenses and the like -- no worries about the sides, either because the whole thing is reinforced with padding. the left side also separately zips open via double zippers for yet another access point. of course, if you keep the padding in, you have a smaller top access compartment which could be used for a few other accessories such as clothing and the like; there is not a separate larger compartment. if you remove some or all of the padding as accessible from the front pocket, you will have triple access points to the main compartment (front and top and left side). accordingly, i'd argue that you wouldn't necessarily have to compromise between using the padding and fitting in a slim laptop, provided that it is aligned with the back edge of the backpack, meaning that the Velcro connections to the back side will not be in play. food for thought. additional features include a side elastic pocket with a canvas buckle that can accommodate a folding tripod and/or selfie stick or other tall gear. the back straps are nicely padded with a chest buckle strap for ergonomic purposes as well as two extra plastic buckles for carabiner-mounted doodads. the back also has an integrated canvas strap that fits nicely into your carry on handle for easy OTG travel. the top carry strap, made of canvas and reinforced with a pleather handle, is actually two hand straps which can be combined via an integrated buckle, which upon closure, further secures the top entry, itself already zippered. there's also a top front thinner access pocket for flatter smaller doodads that is also nicely usable.in other words, a nice amount of functionality with perhaps a more practical than modern streamlined design, but again, for the price point, i think this excels beautifully, enough to deserve its full 5 stars. pay more for the newest coolest or have this one at the ready if you're interested in saving a few pennies.

Great bag at a fair price. While it's not the best made bag, I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality and materials used for the price. Not to mention, I've paid more for lesser quality bags.I'm primarily a wildlife photographer, and while this would work in a pinch for a short walkaround, I got this for portrait shoots, car shows, concerts, events, etc. This works great for those, but I wouldn't want to wear it all day. While it is comfortable, it needs a waistbelt or more padding for increased comfort.I also love that it doesn't scream expensive camera gear inside! I do wish it was back panel opening though for increased security. I'll just throw it over one shoulder for increased security when moving through crowded areas. The SD card pockets are a nice touch, but I prefer protective cases so I just throw them in the top pocket. A good place to stash lens wipes, ear plugs, shower caps (emergency covers), gum, etc. though.

This bag looks nice and appears to have a lot of space, I like the detail the color and the design is pretty interesting. Most of my other camera bags are black so this one stands out in a handsome way. It’s fairly comfortable to wear, the build quality seems pretty solid.Unfortunately, it’s not particularly useful, at least not for the type of photography that I do, you can see my photos with 70-200 lens takes up almost the entire camera compartment.I was able to squeeze a 24-70 lens on its side and the bag does zipper with a battery grip on my DSLR, there is no way I’m fitting a tablet in the pocket . The bag is not that deep.I’m thinking this might be useful as a landscape bag, something that doesn’t require particularly long lenses or a grip.Even still, with A 24 to 72.8 attached and the grip removed, I can barely fit another lens lying on its side. This bag is just too small for me.It might be OK for a hobbyist with Mirrorless camera and a couple of short lenses.

I like the appearance of this camera backpack. It has a subtle look to it, with the canvas material being a light color that doesn't make it look too much like a camera bag. It would be good for travel since the color is subdued and doesn't call attention to itself. That would make theft less likely.I did find that it is hard to fit large lenses into it, while still being able to access them from the bottom compartment. I got a Canon R100 in it, with a 18-45 lens in the top pocket. The 600mm and 100-400 lenses fit into the bottom compartment, with one of them attached to the camera body. It's a tight fit for the bigger lens though. My biggest issue happened when it accidentally slipped off a table and hit the floor. There was not enough padding in the bottom compartment and my lens hit the ground hard. Luckily, it was only the UV filter that broke. But, it shattered and got broken glass all over the place. Sadly, I think this bag needs way more padding to be able to protect the expensive lenses. You can move around the padded pieces, since they attach with Velcro. I think that it needs to have more of the padded pieces available to distribute around the corners and vulnerable places where a lens could be impacted. It has been good in the field, standing up well to being set on the ground while photographing birds. The canvas material is easy enough to wipe off. The zippers have held up well with use in the field. I don't like the shoulder straps that much. They are set wide apart and you have to use the chest strap to keep the shoulder straps from sliding off your shoulders. I think a better design would be a more v-shaped anchor point at the top of the pack for the shoulder straps, which I have seen on a lot of packs. It just works better to keep the shoulder straps on your shoulders. The carry handles on top at a nice feature and I use them a lot. The side pocket is great for bringing along a tripod. I did find that there was no room to carry a water bottle though. In the field, I like to have both the tripod and a water bottle for those longer days. So, for my needs, this pack was a bit on the too small side. It works OK and certainly looks attractive. But, I would change a couple of the design elements and make it larger to make this a more ideal camera bag for my needs.
