Picked this for my teen to use on her MacBook since I felt the plastic one she had might be placing pressure on the edges. Here are my findings/experience in the last week and a half.Install: Goes on easily, smoothly. No tugging or forcing anything. I don’t think it creates any pressure points on the delicate MacBook screen. I carefully installed this before handing off to my teen, just in case!Protection: Protects from all sides. The case itself feels sturdy and not flimsy or malleable like others on the market.Texture: It has a fabric like texture. Unforeseen plus: Could help provide some sensory-based relief of stress if the user touches the case to help with grounding/mindfulness.Functionality: It operates as stated. I am really impressed by the flap underneath. Instead of being papery and flimsy, the flap is made with a denser fabric and possible magnetic filler that helps the stand form through an origami-type move! The vents below also help distribute heat from the computer. All ports are accessible on the side.Looks: The purple is subtle and likely won’t stand out to other kids at school or the library, making it less of a stealing risk. There is no Apple symbol in the outside which is also helpful for the same reason.Conclusion: Recommend for professional users, college students, and teens alike!

My wife recently cracked her previous case for her 2023 M3 Macbook Air and this was an awesome replacement. It was super easy and quick to install as it just snaps in place.My favorite feature is the fabric like texture to give some grip texture to make sure it never slips out of hand. The macbook air is already so light so this definitely will help prevent any future accidents.We readily leave her computer out with 4 kids roaming around and believe this provides enough damage protection in case some wondering kid hands make it slide off the counter or bookshelf.

I’ve gotten a few Mosiso items before and the quality is always great. This cover is no exception. It came well packaged with styrofoam supporting the 2 layers. The space gray color and fabric are really lovely with a very smooth and fine texture. The case snaps on very well and appears to be quite strong. The plastic is thick, so it does make the MacBook a bit thicker than before. From the product photos I couldn’t quite tell how the stand worked, but seeing it in person it’s a smart design! The stand folds both backwards and forwards, and there is a magnet that holds it in place, though it is most stable the way its intended to be folded (follow the instructions and label on the back of the cover that says “stick here. Eventually the stand edges may warp a bit from being lifted so many times, but that’s expected. The way the cover closes together is parallel and very even, the cutouts are very precise. I would get a device cover from Mosiso again!Pros:-Nice texture-Built in stand-Precise cutouts-Strong coverCon:-After a few days, when the Macbook is closed, the screen does not close completely at the front (about 2-3 mm higher than normal). When I take the Mosiso cover off the top, the Macbook closes properly, so I think it's an issue with the top cover, maybe because the fit is so tight, which is good in a way, but also seems to "lift" the screen a bit, or maybe it's the shape, even though on a table it's completely flush with the table so it's very flat.-The place where my wrists rest is where the tabs are and it feels scratchy, but it doesn't bother me enough to remove the cover.-Overall the Macbook does feel a tad thicker and heavier when I'm moving it (this would be the case with most covers)

I bought this fabric-covered case with built-in stand for my MacBook Air 15 M3, hoping to replace my folding laptop stand. While the installation was simple and the denim-like material looks stylish, I found several drawbacks. The case adds significant bulk, making my slim laptop feel heavy. The ventilated areas underneath are useful, but when the stand flap is closed, it blocks these vents completely. Most concerning was how difficult it was to remove - I genuinely feared damaging my laptop, especially the screen, during the process. While the stand feature works well once you learn it, the combination of poor ventilation when closed, removal difficulty, and added bulk made me switch back to a slimmer case after one week. Three stars for the innovative design idea, but poor execution in key areas.
