hey dude, these measure 2.75x 3.5, not even close to 3x4, I definitely would not buy these again, that's if you need a 3x4 like I do.

Good quality canvas bags with a double drawstring. I put a few tablespoons of baking soda in them and put in shoes to absorb odor.

I ordered these lovely muslin bags for a variety of purposes... I like to make mulled cider and mulled wine. And for that, I combine spices in these little bags and throw them in with the cider or wine and heat them with a light simmer. DELICIOUS!! I also like to make yummy little soaks for the bathtub. I use epsom salts with some lovely herbs - lavender, eucalyptus, sometimes lemon peel, some essential oils etc. and I keep them in glass jars in my bathroom until I want to use them. Or I give them as gifts. I throw the entire bag of goodness in the tub as the water is running and my bath is an aromatherapeutic delight! And I do occasionally use them as tea bags. They can be used over and over again - instead of being thrown away if rinsed well and dried after use. They are quite well made and quite versatile.
