ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! Hands down my favorite fruit bowl. It's so fun visually and you instantly know what it is. I'm a big fan. The only thing that would make it better is if the bananas had the black tips. Aside from that they're great. A creative paint job would take this to the next level but I'm too lazy and wouldn't want to glaze it again. Ceramic is very nice and it washes easily. I like that the bottom is padded as well.

I guess it's both! of course the whole banana theme had to conform to a bowl shape so when you look in the bowl, it looks very much like an all-yellow sunflower. But if you're putting bananas in the bowl, all you'll see is bananas!

I love this funky banana bowl! It's larger than it looks in the description photos. The yellow is bright and vibrant, and the glaze has no imperfections. One side sits just slightly higher than the other but that adds to the charm. I currently have 7 oranges and 6 apples in my bowl and there's still room for more. It also came with cushions to stick to the bottom to protect the table top surface.
