Simplemente nunca quedan bien, los ponché dos veces y siempre marcó error en el probador de cables. No pienso pasar horas tratando de que uno quede bien. Se van a la basura.

Initial learning curve to figure out how to properly use the inserts. Since then quick and easy to use. Cables always test perfectly.

I have been an IT professional for 20 years and I can tell you honestly that many reviews on here complaining about not having guides for the wires is ridiculous. These connectors have inserts which you feed the wires through before inserting into the jack and these work flawlessly.On the other hand though, these jacks have zero strain relief. When you crimp the end, the small gold ends get pushed onto the wire but your crimpers also push down a small plastic bar over the cable sheath which provides strain relief for the cable because those small gold plates are not strong at all. These plugs do not have that bar so they are virtually useless... unless of course you have the magic crimpers which add the strain-relief bar when you crimp your cables.

Excelente conector, pensé que ivaa tener problemas a la hora de armar los cables, pero fué todo lo contrario. Calidad-precio... Lo mejor.

Quality product at an amazing price for this quantity. The insert allows me to terminate within 1/4 inch every time. I was not familiar with this 2 piece system but following Monoprice's YouTube video on this product I am able to accomplish a perfect termination every time.

Es muy practico y sencillo usando este conector ya que viene con una guia que hace imposible que haya un cable que no este alineado al conector

These are good connectors and at first I was not sure about having the insert then sliding the insert into the plug but it is easier. There is a trick to using them.Cut off the cover of your wire and leave about 1 inch to an inch 1-1/2 of the twisted wires exposed. Untwist them and sort them in the order you are going to need them. make sure you have your insert orientated correctly, they have a little fin that sticks up I make sure that that is facing up. Put your first wire in and let it slide through the and stick out about 1/4 inch then hook it over, this will prevent the wire from sliding out. Next stick your next wire in and do the same (hook the wire). Keep doing this until you have all the wires in (Hard part over). Now what I do is slide the insert all the down and you now have about an 3/4 inch of wire sticking out of the insert. I use a scissor and using the insert as a guide I cut the wires. This should leave about 1/16 of inch sticking out in-front of the insert. Carefully slide the insert forward so the wires are now flush with the insert. Stick the insert into the plug and crimp.Once I figured out how to do this I was able to make wires quickly. If I have time I will add photos.

These plugs worked well. I didn't have any trouble making cables with them. I liked the separate insert pieces; they made it pretty easy to get the wires in the correct order before putting them into the plug. I used these with Monoprice RJ-45 Color Coded Strain Relief bits and a TRENDnet RJ-11/RJ-45 Crimp/Cut/Strip Tool
