I love this faucet, I am remodeling my kitchen and contractor suggested this faucet. I'm so glad he did I LOVE IT

Likes:- the excellent clearance height above the counter. The excellent water flow control. The ease of installation.Dislikes:- not cheap but you get what you pay for.

This faucet is visually attractive and works well so far, but the plastic spray head detracts from its value. If I'm spending over $500 on a faucet, I expect it to be made of quality materials. I'd say this product is about $150 - $200 overvalued for that fact. Maybe the plastic was found to hold up better over time, or maybe a metal head was too heavy for some part of the design to function. Still, not at this price.That being said, installation was super easy and we were satisfied with that aspect of the product. The hardest part was just getting under the sink.

I like the faucet , it’s all metal and well made except the plastic pvc tip .I don’t get why at this price .

We are in love. We went through 2 other faucets before we caved and said lets spend an extra $200. We tried the Kraus and Vigo of this style and they just weren't right. They were cock-eyed on the spring, the docking arm of the faucet swiveled with the hose and the hose didn't retract as well to name a few subtleties.This Moen looks, feels, performs like a quality faucet. Still not sure if it needed to be $400+. The spring aligns straight. It stands taller, sits out a bit farther. Looks grander. The head piece rotates on a ball joint type contraption and best of all the docking swivel completely moves out of the way independently of the hose. There are difference in the little things that greatly stand out.Bottom line. If you are looking for the commercial look pull down then this is the faucet.
