The backpack itself is great quality. The trolley, however, only lasted the first 2 weeks of school before the handle broke. This is upsetting due to the sheer amount of supplies he now has to carry on his back until I get a new rolling backpack.*Update*- the company has reached out to make it right. Excellent customer service.

Seemed nice at first the frame for the wheels broke in 2 different places with in the first 10 days the rest for the back pack came apart at the seams with the next 2 weeks after that.

I bought this roll backpack for my son to start the new year out with for school to carry all his books and supplies for the school year.

Love the backpack, hut it should come with an extra screw and wing nut along with instructions. It wasn't until my son's backpack wouldn't stand anymore that I realized there are wing nuts on the base, ensuring it's stability, however, once I got to it, I realized one of them was already lost. It functions excellent over stairs and curbs, there are places for storage, and for is such a great value at the price! But again, would have loved extra parts.
