Seems like a good humidor for the price. It is very elegant and makes a nice accent to any room you put it in. As some others have said, conditioning took quite a bit longer than the instructions suggested. I had to repeat the process 3 times before it finally stabilized, but now it is keeping my cigars at the perfect humidity. That said, the humidifier itself does not hold much solution so it tends to empty very fast. I have to refill it at least once / week if not more. Looking into buying a replacement with higher capacity, or to add a second similar one to prolong humidity.

La description concorde a ce que j’ai reçus. Les explications incluses, expliquent très bien la marche a suivre. Je suis totalement satisfait de mon achat. L’humidité augmente tranquillement tel que convenue. Merveilleux pour mon premier humidor. La photo n’est pas la meilleur, mais je ne pouvais pas déplacer mon humidor.

This is my third Spanish Cedar Wood humidor - the other two are from different manufacturers. The GLENCREAG MMT-3041 looks very classy, just as the pictures show, and I love the storage tray. It's so convenient and roomy - I keep 3 lighters and 2 cutters in it, and there's room for more.Upon receiving the humidor, I seasoned it according to the instructions provided, which is also how I previously seasoned my other two humidors. After waiting a couple days, however, it wasn't retaining the humidity level as it should. I was measuring this using a calibrated hygrometer. I was fearing the seal wasn't tight enough to accomplish this. I seasoned it a second time using a slightly more damp cloth than the first time, and filling the humidifier to where it expanded quite a bit. I also put two 69% Boveda packs into the humidor along with the humidifier. After waiting another few days, the humidor now seemed to be maintaining the RH level. I waited a couple more days to be sure. At that point, I removed the Boveda packs, leaving just the humidifier, and put in about 20 cigars that I had in one of my other humidors. After a slight dip in the RH level from opening the humidor, it went back up to the level it was before and is still maintaining that level days afterwards. That makes me very happy because I really do like the quality, look and function of this humidor. It's definitely a keeper!

I have a larger humidor but was looking for a nice looking small desktop humidor and found the GLENCREAG MMT-3041. It's just the size I was looking for and after setting it up I was impressed with the overall finish. I especially like the built in (adjustable) Digital Hygrometer and temperature meter. I checked it out against the temp humidity I have in my larger unit and it was spot on so no adjustment needed. I love having the accessory tray to hold cutter, lighter and punch. All in all it perfect for a smaller or a starter humidor!
