We now have this mirror on three of our bikes. That should tell you something.This mirror does require assembly before you can mount it to the bike. It arrives totally in pieces (see second photo). The instructions warn that tightening the two larger screws can be difficult as the screws are hard to turn, and the instructions are correct. I found it easier to grab a pair of pliers and grip the end of the mirror while I was using the supplied allen key to turn the screws. Note I protected the plastic finish by using a cloth between the pliers and the mirror. If you don't use something like pliers, it will be very hard to keep hold of the mirror while you turn the screws. The instructions are also correct in that the screws will "squeal" while screwing them in. Ignore their squeals of pain and just keep screwing - it gets easier to screw as you get close to the end. Don't tighten too tight at this stage since you will need some movement to adjust the mirror once you have installed it on the bike. WIth that caveat, assembly is quick, but be sure to follow the instruction photos about where to place the 6 supplied washers. Also be careful to fully insert the allen key into the screw head because if you don't get it fully inserted, it may round out the screw head (this is also covered by the instructions.Installation onto the bike is easy. They provide two mountings blocks for different size handlebars - my bike used the smaller one.Once installed, adjust the mirror to your desired field of view and then tighten the two big screws a little just to ensure the mirror stays in place.In use, it does what a mirror is supposed to do - it provides great rearward visibility. Unlike other mirrors that are mounted inboard of the hand grips on the handlebars, these bar end mirrors provide an unobstructed rear view behind the bike. The view is so good, I feel you only need one mirror on the bike (on the left side).Overall, I feel this is very good value for money and the functionality of the mirror is great. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this mirror.

Muy satisfecho con estos espejos. Fácil instalación en una Fat-Bike Momentum iRide Rocker King, solo es necesario remover los tapones del manubrio y seguir las instrucciones con la herramienta incluída. Puse uno en cada ladoy tengo varios meses usándolos sin problemas. Son fáciles de ajustar, incluso rodando, hasta obtener el punto adecuado de visión, una vez ajustados se mantienen firmes en su posición. Sobresalen del manubrio por lo que hacen que éste resulte un poco más ancho, pero en mi caso esto no es un problema. Aumentaron mi sensación de seguridad al rodar por la ciudad, permiten mantenerse atento al tráfico detrás y a los lados no solo antes de hacer un giro sino en todo momento. Me alegro de haber elegido estos espejos después de ver muchas opciones, altamente recomendables.

Por distancia y precaución (época de pandemia, línea 12 del metro sin funcionar, transporte saturado), uso más la bicicleta. Antes usaba un espejo con brazo flexible para posiciones pero vibraba demasiado. Este fue la solución. Leyendo las reseñas, vi que mucha se queja del ensamble. Consejo: antes de colocar en el manubrio, puedes armar las piezas SIN APRETAR los tornillos. Una vez fijo en el manubrio, el resto del ensamble es sencillísimo. No le afectan las vibraciones, salvo las muy fuertes, pero vaya, esas afectan hasta el manubrio. El campo de visión es amplio sin ser de esos espejos que deforman la imagen. Es compacto. Sólo tener cuidado pues al sobresalir un poco del manubrio puede ser común que le des un golpe contra una puerta o pared; es muy resistente pero el estar acomodando de nuevo en la posición perfecta si es engorroso. Una excelente compra.

Éste es, sin duda, el mejor espejo para bici en el mercado: es ligero, compacto, completamente ajustable y retraíble cuando la bici se guarda. Sin embargo, también es bastante caro, y se tienen que comprar dos piezas. Ésta es la segunda vez que adquiero este producto (esta vez, si vendo la bici, me quedaré los espejos, para no tener que volver a comprarlos de nuevo).

Tiene una óptica bastante aceptable, prácticamente como la de un espejo retrovisor de automóvil. Muy versátil, ligero, pero resistente. Bien articulado, y con el movimiento e irregularidades del camino, difícilmente se mueve de la posición en que lo dejaste. Fácil de armar e instalar. Ha aguantado varias caídas de la bicicleta y sólo presenta pequeñas abolladuras en el plástico y despostilladuras en el espejo. Muy recomendable.

Llevo años usando motocicleta por lo que estoy acostumbrado a los espejos laterales, pero ahora que estoy usando mas la bicicleta se me hacia raro no tener espejos para ver atrás, con este articulo ya no siento esa molestia, ya que funciona muy bien, el manual no viene en español, pero montarlo e instalarlo es fácil, aunque atornillarlo fue difícil por lo duro que estaba, lo mejor es tener aceite lubricante al momento de armarlo.

La verdad el producto se siente de muy buena calidad. No he tenido la oportunidad de utilizar la bicicleta con los espejos puestos (compré dos, uno para cada lado) pero se ve que funcionarán correctamente.El armado es un poco complicado, debes usar tu ingenio. Todo es fácil a excepción del tornillo que coloca el espejo al armazón. Debes utilizar la llave que trae incluida y aunque parezca que el tornillo ya no pueda seguir entrando, debes seguir dando vuelta a la llave y poco a poco se acomoda.Para la instalación en la bicicleta es necesario que con un cuchillo cortes la orilla del manubrio de tal forma que quede un hoyo al extremo para que por ahí entre el tubo del espejo. Una vez que lo metes es cuando ya debes comenzar a dar vuelta al tornillo para que se ajuste solo (trae una pieza pequeña que al dar vuelta al tornillo, comienza a recorrerse hacia arriba de tal forma que provoca presión ya que está dentro del tubo).

El Myrrycle es de montaje fácil, la calidad de los materiales es muy buena, yo tengo uno con más de 5 años en mi bicicleta 29 y es imprescindible para el manejo urbano. Este nuevo lo compré ahora que mi hija cumplió 10 años y le regalé una bici nueva 26 y empieza a acompañarme por las calles. El espejo es nítido, durable y de fácil limpieza.

Ich hatte zunächst mein Pedelec mit diesem Teil ausrüsten lassen, da es vom Händler (i:Sy) als Zubehör angeboten wird. Davor hatte ich mit Fahrradspiegeln eher negative Erfahrungen gemacht: Kleines Blickfeld, Vibrationen machen Bild nervtötend, Halterung lockert sich während der Fahrt etc. pp.Meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Produkt waren dann durchweg positiv. Der Spiegel hat ein optimales Blickfeld, ein vibrationsfreies Bild, lässt sich gut einstellen, behält seine Position auch bei holprigen Fahrten (falls nicht: Schrauben nachziehen), läßt sich bei Bedarf einklappen. Bei der Montage ist nur eines zu beachten: Die beiden Schrauben an den Spiegelgelenken lassen sich nur sehr schwer eindrehen. Das ist normal und steht auch in der Beschreibung, die auf Englisch und Französisch beiliegt. Der Grund: Die Schrauben sollen sich bei Vibrationen eben nicht lösen, sondern ihre Position halten, damit die Spiegeleinstellung stabil und dennoch bei Bedarf beweglich bleibt. Beigelegt sind zwei unterschiedlich große Konterbolzen für die Montage in der Lenkerstange, die eine Verwendung bei ganz unterschiedlichen Lenkerstangendurchmessern erlauben.Grundsätzlich ist zu beachten, dass der Spiegel links über den Lenker hinausragt. Das hat gegenüber anderen Spiegeln den Vorteil, dass keine lange Halterung notwendig ist, um einen brauchbaren Rückblick zu erreichen. Und damit bleibt das Bild weitgehend vibrationsfrei. Der Nachteil ist, dass man nach links etwas "breiter" wird. Ich nehme den Nachteil gerne in Kauf, zumal der Spiegel bei Bedarf eingeklappt werden kann. Allerdings benötigt das Ein- und Ausklappen gelegentlich ein Nachziehen bzw. Lockern der Halteschraube - hier liegt die einzige Schwäche dieses Fahrradspiegels, die bei diesem Preis aber kaum zu umgehen ist. Als Problemlösung wäre z.B. eine aufwendigere Gelenkkonstruktion mit Feder und Arretierungskerben notwendig.Bei öfterem Ein- und Ausklappen empfiehlt es sich, den beigefügten Inbusschlüssel mit dabei zu haben unterwegs.Ich hab mir dann noch einen zweiten dieser Spiegel für mein Tourenrad angeschafft und war/bin auch dort begeistert von diesem Produkt.Nachtrag Oktober 2016: Ohne Inbusschlüssel geht inzwischen bei meinem im Mai 2015 angeschafften Exemplar leider nix mehr, wenn ich den Spiegel ein- und wieder ausklappe. Da sollten die Ingenieure nochmal dran. Die Montage nach innen unterhalb des Lenkergriffs hat sich bei mir nicht bewährt, da habe ich ständig meinen linken Jackenärmel im Blickfeld.
