I have a acoustic guitar with a flat finish. It was getting polished from cleaning & the neck got very shiney & sticky to play. Bought this after seeing a YouTuber scuff a guitar to even the flat finish. Tried it, it evened out the finish & scuffed the neck making the neck easier to play. Tried it to scuff my electric guitar neck, worked just fine! Grit is not overly aggressive, just right & it washed out for another use. I did it by hand.I'm happy.

Con este número de grano complete el juego que utilizo para cambiar/modificar la superficie de mis bolas de boliche, aunque es de un grano muy bajo (muy áspero) en casos extremos la he llegado a necesitar y lo complemento con un grano más fino.

Although expensive, I have learned in the last year that for delicate jobs or ones of major importance you do need to spend a little more and get premium product. I was using some inexpensive 'import' sandpaper previous to using this and other mirka sandpaper, and you can really notice the difference in both finished product and how well the product holds up over time. Would recommend this product.

Product delivered quickly and as expected. Great product but does wear quickly.

So I am going to differ a bit from the other reviewers. Although this is decent 2000 grit material, it does not last very long. From an application standpoint, I am not able to use this material other than in very light applications.

These discs are well-made and designed brilliantly. The foam has a lot of give and the hook and loop secures very well to my orbital sander.I used them for sanding polyurethane finish prior to using a rubbing compound. My project turned out great.
