wow, just after it arrived i found out this thing is listed as 7.7cfm @ 90psi ! oh no i thought, i can't run this! i was about to return it, sad in heart as it is so well made! all metal and well finished, comes with a couple of spare triangular inserts and tools too.Then i remembered the speed / power regulator adjuster, so i put the air coupling on it (provided, uses an "o" ring so no tape needed - do not overtighten folks), so i connected it to my basement workshop air supply, run by a tiny portable oil-less "quiet" mini compressor of 1 gallon air capacity! set it to lowest power setting i tried it, and off it went! i de burred a piece of 1.5 inch x 1/8 inch aluminum bar i cut with a hacksaw, so it was messy, it did it perfectly, a factory de burr on all four sides :-) it gave it little 45 degree chamfers all round :-) smooth tooit requires a good hand pressure to ensure it keeps constant contact, but it works great, it even did across the 1/8 wide ends too :-) quite loud but not enough to use ear defenders on this short run, after doing the last side the compressor cut in! was i impressed, yes!Now here's the real big surprise, i forgot i was on my air blow gun supply that is restricted to 30 psi via the compressors regulator! that was it, sold! i cancelled my return i am keeping this beauty, im so glad i tried before giving up in defeat, just goes to show a rating like that isn't necessarily an absolute requirementso if you are on the fence on this, get off it, it is a great tool and can even run on a small compressor, though be aware if you have a lot to do, make sure its tank is bigger than my tiny one and full power is not often needed for most de burr jobs, though big chamfers most likely require more pressure hence the large air requirement mentioned i see on another sellers entry on amazon.overall, very happy and build quality is superb, i can't find enough words to express its surprising quality and economical (relatively speaking) performance, recommended.i cannot speak to longevity of the inserts as i have only used it on aluminum and in small amounts so far, i expect something tough like stainless steel or a hardened material would wear them more quickly, but I'm only guessing as i have not tried this, though other reviewers report stainless performance is very good and inserts lasted them a good while

Chips that come out of this are hot and burn truth the skin but damn it does pretty good looking chamfers like a charm! Little more trouble with aluminium caus it stick to the inserts but i have done plenty of stanless and p20 and still on the first insertDownfall in the heigt adjustment that and that good but i use ut as a deburing tool on the mill so heigth off chamfer dont matter
