Llego empacado si, solo que el empaque fue abierto y no se el motivo, aparentemente es nuevo aun no lo sacamos de su empaque pero se supone que compramos algo nuevo y en lo particular no me agrada que llegue abierto a menos que sea una compra internacional por su paso en aduanas pero en estos productos mo se abren en aduanas. Por eso las 2 estrellas despues de usarlo y si todo esta bien cambiare mi calificacion.

All components necessary are included, including instructions. Three of the parts are snapped into clips on the bottom of the jig (the 1/16" drill bit, the edge stop pin, and the marking gauge). The 35 mm forstner bit is of good quality and sharp. It cut the holes in my doors nicely. One thing that is not mentioned in the instructions is that it is probably a good idea to put a light film of grease on the shaft of the forstner drill bit. I suggest grease because you don't want oil running down the shaft and staining your wood. When installing the drill guide for the forstner bit into the base, line the tabs on the side of the guide up with the slots in the base of the jig, and them be sure it is pressed all the way down before trying to rotate it clockwise to lock it into position. I struggled with that for a bit before I realized I didn't have it pushed down quite all the way. When drilling, try to insure that you are applying pressure straight down rather than leaning one way or another. If you're leaning, you will be applying pressure to the drill guide. The bearing surface of the drill guide is steel but it's not very thick. If you are applying side pressure, it might heat up and begin to soften the surrounding plastic which will then deform. The above mentioned lubricant will help prevent this. The jig provides 4 sets of 1/16" guide holes for for pre-drilling the mounting screw holes for the hinge. You may have to mark them by pushing the provided drill bit through each hole to mark the wood surface and then remove the jig and, using a hinge, determine which pair of holes you need to drill for your particular hinge. The jig can then be replaced accurately so you can drill the holes. The instructions show using a clamp to secure the jig to the door during drilling. I strongly suggest that you do that so you can concentrate on keeping your drill straight and not have to worry about holding the jig in position. For my hinges (Blum) the mounting holes were not quite exactly correct. But they were only of by .010" or .020" and they worked just fine anyway. Bottom line is I am very happy with this jig.

Buena calidad, pero solo se maneja para un tamaño de broca, debería tener un accesorio para brocas de menor tamaño

Muy bueno y bastante útil. Para el precio me parece que la calidad es bastante buena. lo compré porque requería colocar unas puertas en mi cocina y resultó bastante bueno a buen precio, con todo lo que requería. Me ahorró mucho tiempo en el trabajo.

en primera instancia pensé en la guía de kreg, pero leí que las guías para los tornillos en al puerta no siempre coincidían. En esta hay 4 distintas opciones y alguna será la adecuada para tu marca de bisagras.la broca de 35 mm se siente muy robusta y perfectamente afilada hace perforaciones muy nítidas y precisas
