Perfect in a lot of ways, couple of small marks on front and back of unit, but it is older and can't beat the cost of it.

Item arrived with 4% battery. When I plugged in the charger, it would not charge. Then I discovered a crack on the screen. It was obviously not "renewed " Amazon's service and quality have been steadily declining. I guess everything has an expiration date.

I ordered this renewed tablet from Amazon and I couldn’t be happier. There wasn’t any dings and scratches on the tablet at all. Works great. The only thing that was bothering me was the on screen keyboard. So I had to order a keyboard to go with it. But that’s a me problem, not anything to do with the tablets function.Edit: My daughter saw mine and had me order her one. It came in the same shape mine did. No scratches or dings anywhere. She loves it. Couldn’t be happier
