I'm a webcomic artist and I needed a more versatile workstation, but didn't want to pay a monthly fee for CSP. Got this and it's been perfect. Battery life isn't too bad, she's fast and effective, and the screen is very sensitive to pen pressure which makes working on my art phenomenal. Small and compact, perfect for travel as well.

This laptop is not perfect, it has some dead pixels, the keyboard looks extremely used and the battery isn't perfect either. However, for the price this is the best value for money so far. This was mostly for my wife and for her use case, we have had no problems so far.

I have to say this tablet came in near mint condition. I don't have anything negitive to say about it. I added a 512 micro SD in the back and i won't need anything else untill it stops working. I had constant videos playing yesterday afternoon and by bed time the battery was only at 50%. can't ask for more. It performs like an i5 which is exactly what i wanted.

This product is bad, I tried to use it the day it arrived, I entered my password etc, but when the battery ran out, it never charged and I was using the charger that came with the device, apart from that it says it's silver, it's just because of the plastic sticker it has It's annoying, it's not worth a refurbishment

This is the second Surface Pro I have bought. While a little nervous about buying a refurb, this item has been in heavy use at work and is so far performing flawlessly. These tablet/ laptops are amazing in terms of functionality and speed for their size. of course you have to be willing to work with a small screen.
