I love this black jacket with a cute swim skirt for family swim time in an indoor pool since I get cold easily and am bothered by that. The front zip is incredibly convenient for a thick neoprene.Last time, I bought a size M, and it was kind of sexy. I gained some weight and could no longer zip it. For the current re-sizing, I ordered both L and XL. Now keep in mind, I essentially never buy XL in anything except maybe a tank.I am 5'3" and 133lbs with weight focused on the bust and then the waist. (For middle-aged woman brands, I am usually a M for a nice, non-clingy fit.) Trying on the L in this, it zipped up, but was too snug in the core. I went with the XL, since it looked best for the main body, though the upper arms are loose, which isn't so flattering.

I've ordered 5 neoprene tops over the past year. I've always ordered either a L or an XL depending on the size chart's recommendation. The size chart on this one said L will fit me but wow....it's so small for me. The arms are super, super tight in the pits, and when in trying to zip it up there is a 7 inch gap between the closure sides. The pattern is way off.

I’m 5’5” 140 lbs and ordered a Large, but I could hardly zip it up. Definitely size up. I’m returning it for a bigger size.

Definitely a snug fit, runs a little smaller than normal size so order 1 size up at least. It feels nice and thick, quality material. Should hold up nice over time.

I purchased this to extend the use of the pool this year. Normally I do not get in before Memorial Day and I am out of the water in late September. I ordered this in hopes that it would help keep my core warm and allow me to exercise in the pool during the COVID-19 quarantine. I am in the high risk category so I have cancelled my Pilates Club attendance.It has been perfect! It really does help keep me warm and I have enjoyed pool exercise about two months earlier than usual. I love it! It runs true to size and you want it fairly snug. The sleeves do run a bit short, but that is not an issue for me, they fit just above the bone on my wrist. If you want coverage over your hand with a thumb hole, this will not work for you.
