I'm giving these carballoy bits a 4/5, simply because I haven't had the chance to test this particular batch. However, I have purchased similar ones, and they were just fine. They are consumable items. They last for so many holes, and then they are done. These ones look pretty good, and similar to ones I've used before, so I have no reason to expect they won't perform similarly.

It really sucks that manufacturers have made obsolete, the standard 12v socket that has been standard for a hundred years! Used for so many things other than cigarette lights for years, there is no reason to have gotten rid of them. Yet anyway. They charge enough for vehicles. They could keep them! But I rant! Sorry. This kit corrects that blunder. And whereas you have bought or already had an expensive dashcam that uses a 12v (standard) plug, you now need to buy one of these to wire into the battery! And as much as it sucks, this kit helps by providing several options for wiring into your system. With fuse blocks, and extensions that will help get the security back into your ride quickly. At a decent value.Wrong item! I'm so sorry!

This review evaluates the “Masonry Drill Bit Set with High-Strength Tungsten Carbide Tips (5-Pack)” made by MGTGBAO.The product was shipped with no excessive or wasteful packaging. What’s in the box: five (5) ¼” hex shank carbide-tipped 5/16” masonry drill bits in one (1) hard plastic case.First impressions: The overall quality of bits seems very good. The drill blank is made from structural steel and is topped with tungsten carbide cutter heads for durability and longevity. The bits fit smoothly in a 1/4” standard drill chuck with no slop or slippage. The bits are ideal for all types of masonry drilling: brick, concrete, ceramic, and clay tile. ProTip: A key element to a clean, easy-to-cut hole as well as ensuring extended drill bit life, ALWAYS use water to cool the bit and help flush out chips. Also, set your drill to its low range and it is essential that you don’t “force” the bit into your work – let the bit do its job by providing even positive pressure. Forcing the bit into the work or using the bit dry will excessively overheat the bit and quickly dull it. I tried these bits on typical small projects such as mounting a mailbox to the side of my friend’s brick house and anchoring a couple of brackets in a concrete wall. The bits performed smoothly and efficiently. They are ideal for drilling small diameter holes up to 3-4 inches deep in normal-grade concrete or more porous materials like brick and cinder blocks. They work great for installing Tapcon screws as well. They are not contractor-grade bits you’d use for harder grades of concrete, for that, you would need SDS hammer drill bits.Since I am evaluating this product as part of the Amazon Vine program, I am limited to a 30-day window to submit a review. To determine drill bit durability and length of life, I intend to monitor this product over the next 12 months. Should anything change over this period, I will update this review accordingly.Cost-effectiveness and value: Overall I am satisfied with the product; it does the job easily and conveniently. Proper care will last quite a few jobs. At a current price of $18.99 plus a 5% off coupon (or $3.61 each), I feel that this product is slightly more expensive than competing products but still fairly priced for the quality and functionality delivered. In reality, at this price, if you use the kit for one or two jobs it has paid for itself. In summary: the Masonry Drill Bit Set with High-Strength Tungsten Carbide Tips (5-Pack)” made by MGTGBAO is well made and does the job easily and conveniently at a fair price. I would recommend this product.Pros 👍:✔ Made from good quality materials.✔ Tungsten carbide cutter heads for durability and longevity.✔ U-groove spiral shank design efficiently clears debris away.✔ Comes in a convenient hard plastic case.✔ Economic price point and great value.Cons👎:✘ None.

I got about 4 holes 2 inches deep each with one bit before I'd call it basically worn out. This is about what I expected and very similar to what you will get from some big brands. I found the quality of the bit to be pretty much exactly the same as the yellow brand from the big box store. The more cooling you have the longer these will last. I was drilling down verticle which is probably almost best case scenario for these bits since I could turn the garden hose on to trickle water into the hole to help cool and flush dust out of the bore. Ideally you would want to use some sort of oil for this but that will stain concrete permanently and since I was doing this on my patio I chose to use water and they worked exactly as expected. There's probably enough meat on the cutter to drill a few more holes but over time as the cutters wear out you will lose bore size.
