get a size larger than you normally wear. The right size technically fit but being small and pouchless, they will compress your package to extra small size too, especially if your package is already soft and small. Of course, that may be exactly what you are looking for. If not, you may want to consider another kind with a pouch. They are comfortable either way so you do you.

These are awesome imho! Nice snug fit without being overly tight, and very sheer. I only wish they would add a couple of more colors! Highly recommend these for almost any occasion!

I used it for scuba diving as a secure extra safety hold for the go pro. Worked great! Had just enough stretch to still be use friendly.
