Do yourself a favor and find a website / local audio retailer near you to get any replacement head unit for your vehicle. The product came with zero instructions that were legible unless you can read Chinese characters. None of the connections fit my vehicle which it specifies in the description that it does. Last but not least, the customer support was minimal and only directed me to the supplier who never responded. I went with a company website near me, and the support for getting correct radio and connections was incredible and seamless. If you are going to replace a head unit for your vehicle, spend the couple extra bucks upfront for something that will be a breeze to install and will work correctly.

This is my honest review. In a nutshell do i recommend this product? YesBut………The product came nearly in a box and ready to install. After watching a couple tutorials in YouTube everything seemed straight forward which it should be. After removing the old stereo from my car I then proceed to install this one. The connections clip right in but there are a few extra white small connections that require you to plug them in into the back of the display those being I believe the steering wheel controls and another clip. The backup camera does work fine but you do have to connect the two yellow female to male cables. For you to use the OEM camera make sure you go to factory settings and input the password 1234 then for camera source select the first option(This is after you connect the two yellow cables on the back since that will give you the video for the camera). The steering wheel controls are great. As you connect the stereo make sure you connect the antenna and also set your region to North America. Other than what I mentioned tienes above, that’s pretty much it all the other connections should snap right in and no you shouldn’t wire any cables at all. As you proceed to install the stereo in alongside the entire frame of the car you WILL need to cut some plastic pieces on the stereo I believe it was 3 plastic pieces that were not aligned with the car. These plastic pieces will not make the stereo and the dashboard clip right so make sure you cut them out since the fittings do not correspond to those of the cars. After the plastic pieces are trimmed the entire dashboard should snap right in and the fit is very nice and secure. To wrap things up.•The clips clip right in.•The OEM camera works fine make sure to connect the yellow male to females cables on the back•Clip two additions plugs on the back of the stereo (they’re small I believe it was the 4 pin square cable)•The plastic clips should be trimmed in order for the stereo to clip right into the frame of the carWhen installing the stereo make sure there are two people one on each side.

I love this product. It works really well! The installation took nearly 3 hours but I set everything up perfectly.

This is a one-person job! It's very easy to install and self-explanatory. However, I did encounter an issue connecting the Toyota OEM backup camera, but the customer service was fantastic. For those unfamiliar with the process, you need to plug in the rear camera input (a small connector with one yellow female connector) to the console and connect it to one of the yellow male connectors.DONT FORGET: To get that snug fit you need to trimOff some of the extra plastic peices behind the radio and on top. I used a Dremel tool to cut them down.

Taking out my old head unit was relatively easy, but I had a hard time with setup for installing this one at first. Calibration issues on the touchscreen and I couldn’t get my OEM backup camera to connect. Contacted customer service and Mia was extremely helpful, providing photos and videos of how to fix all of my issues. Took a few days of back and forth because of the time zone difference but eventually I got everything set up and working. Absolutely thrilled.
