Works great. I have used Dewalt 5” for 30 years tried this and I am completely satisfied with the quality. I have been sanding floors for over 30 years and have used this consistently for months with no problems. The dust bag works better than the Dewalt and the switch will probably last longer. Just don’t slide the back off to empty (you can it’s just time consuming). I will say the Dewalt has a softer pad (won’t leave sanding marks as much) when I purchase another 5” sander it’ll be a Dewalt for that reason alone. This is a great sander.

Excelente potencia,lije madera dura use tren de lijado de 60,80,180 y 220 y de verdad me dejó muy satisfecho el acabado y no necesitas hacer demasiada presión sobre la máquina para que haga su trabajo.sin duda la recomiendo!

el unico incoveniente para mi es la bolsa recolectora de polvo, porque en posicion para lijar en partes supriores es decir con la lija hacia arriba se cae la bolsa

Cumple con su función no se calienta y no genera polvo se puede conectar a la aspiradora.

The sander operates well, dust collection in the included bag attachment works great and is easy to empty without making a mess.Unlike a friend’s dewalt battery powered version I used the on/off switch in the Metabo tool I purchased works well and is very easy to use with your index finger while sanding.I liked that it included a vacuum attachment as well. Used with mesh sanding discs it leaves almost zero dust residue on your work piece (at least in my experience working with mahogany and birch ply)I ordered a protection pad from Amazon next for it (a festool product). I expect a long service life on this tool.I don’t know if the more expensive brands of orbital sanders are more ergonomic, but my hand does get strained after a bit of use.Good product, performed well and a great value when priced against similar products.

Worked better than I thought it would. I’ve always used air tools, and this sander worked very well. easy application of the signed paper very little to no dust because of the bagger. Totally recommend this sander.

I purchased this ROS to replace my HF Bauer one that would leave your hands numb.Not this one! Vibration dampening is fantastic on this guy. It doesn't bog down when set to min speed and has plenty of power at the top setting.Powerful, has a very long thick quality cord, light weight and collects dust very very well.Cons:1) The power switch drives me crazy, takes a few seconds to push in the right spot to actually flip the switch2) Where the dust collect attachment for the bag connects you must wrap a rubber band (criss-cross) before installing the bag or it will just come right off. Easy fix though.3) The collection bag works really well but if you pull the plastic binder all the way off it can be a pain to get it started. If this is an issue for you just dump the dust from the inlet side.

Lo que mas me gusto es que le puedes conectar una aspiradora normal o pueds utilizar la bolsa qeu trae el equipo para poder recolectar el polvo que genera!!

Works really well, a little difficult to keep balanced, and as others have mentioned the on/off switch is small and awkwardly placed, but overall a great machine, recommended by me!!
