The Mellbree Baseball Glove Lace Kit is a nice set. It came with the 4 needles as shown. The larger diameter 5mm needles are good, but a bit shorter than I like when lacing a glove , at least for the straight needle. The smaller 3mm needles are the same length, but honestly I don’t think the included laces would fit them—they seem intended for much thinner lacing.The provided leather lacing seems sturdy and thick. The kit comes with 2 x approximately 6 foot leather laces, plenty to re-lace a standard glove. I can’t comment on strength and longevity until I have it installed in my glove for at least a season. The natural color is a nice one for standard tan gloves.As for the included plastic adjustable lace holders—I’m a traditionalist so will not use them. I’m not sure how they would hold up under use either. I ‘d prefer the old “knot tied” finish for thumb and pinky straps.The plastic box the kit came in isn’t anything special—seems almost like a converted DVD case. I did appreciate the soft pouch for the needles which will keep them in one spot.Overall a very good kit, just not great. There is enough lacing to do a glove and the larger diameter needles are decent. I would recommend this kit.

Tools were helpful. Leather quality was meh, wouldn't use it on a high quality glove. Won't last. The color is odd. Don't expect it to last long. Buy it for the tools.

Game changer for saddle repairs, I used this for replacing my saddles off billet and girth straps. It made it so much easier to get through the billet holes. The leather lacing is quality enough that I’m not worried about it breaking.
