Exactly what I needed to cook mince, it’s always hard to break the mince while cooking, but this was perfect

So I've had a similar product to this for years and years, it was not purchased on Amazon, but a local culinary store in the mall back home in Indiana. Well the ex-wife stole it in the divorce! well she asked if she could have it, I said sure. but as I love Taco's! I needed a replacement... called mom, asked her to check next time she was at the mall to grab me one. well apparently that stores been long gone (I've been in FL for 13 years) so I was bummed... should have checked before signing over my meat breaker-upper apparatus... found this gem, was suspect of the curved blades, but turns out works better than my original! and a bit sturdier too! With the proper effort breaks up ground beef and sausage to the consistency of everyone's favorite fast food taco place "Ding!" and is easy to clean as well!Highly recommend!

I like to bulk cook when I find ground beef, ground pork, sausage, etc., on sale. It's become more of a chore trying to cook down and chop up the meat as it cooks to avoid the huge lumps left with my ordinary spatula. I had heard about these types of choppers for several years but figured they didn't add much.I was so wrong! Cooked up four pounds of ground beef in my large skillet. Even overloaded, I was able to use this tool to easily stir and chop the meat so that once cooked through I was able to easily divide the meat up and bag it for the freezer. The grip worked well and the tool was very sturdy for my use. I think the shape of the blades helped when chopping. I would push down and slightly twist and it took very little effort compared to my old methods. Well worth the money!

I ordered this for chop meat tired of beating it to death with a wooden spoon for the right consistency of chopped meat haven’t had the opportunity to use it for chopped meat yet it arrived the day after I made tacos. But my review is based on the uses I’ve had for it I made crock pot chicken that needed to be “shredded” as I searched for 2 forks to shred my chicken I picked this up and said let’s see if it works and it did! Instead of struggling to shred the chicken with 2 forks I just had to push down and turn and voila chicken was shredded to perfection! So that’s a bonus you can utilize this tool to shred meat as well. I hope it works well the next time I make tacos and need to grind the beef. But defiantly worth the purchase and washes well in the dishwasher 😀
