Muy buena calidad, perfecta para cubrir de rayaduras y golpes pequeños. Me encanto la transparencia y el soporte que trae abajo para que se caliente menos. El modelo le quedo prefecta a mi computadora, solo revisa que sea el modelo sea el correcto

I haven't even come close to barely scratching the surface on this. It's a huge hunk of ferrocerium compared to many other options, but it's not excessively heavy. The convenient lanyard even has a scraper attached so you don't need to use your knife if you don't want to. Easy to stow, store in a pack or on your belt even. Definitely a must-have item. I even bought extra for friends.Overall the only complaint I have is the color of the lanyard. Dayglow orange isn't a problem really. It even makes it easier to find if you should drop it or something - I'd just like some additional color options. Ofc you can just make your own so... problem solved.

This fero rod is easy to hang onto with the rope and shackle attached. The scraping tool has a good edge to create good sparks. It should last for a long time. It comes with a little screw driver to aid in attaching the screw onto the shackle .

Entered the market for a ferro rod compatible with a mag pouch attached to a Gerber StrongArm sheath. After some research, learned ferrocerium is a fairly brittle alloy and that too long a rod will risk breakage. Admire that this FS91 is of middle hardness, is the minimum length (4") so is comfortable to use, and with a 9/16" width, there’ll be no worry about breakage. Also keen on the lanyard: doubles as a handle, orange color will make it easier to find, and it’s handy to have around. Decent striker too. Stout overall so expect it’ll last almost a LIFETIME considering my expected frequency of use. Nice packaging. Not sold on the shackle. Responsive support earned this a 5th star.

Having used Ferrofire products in the past, I was very interested in this firestarter. I find having a trustworthy and dependable method to add to your kit is invaluable. In addition, having a redundancy to existing fire starting methods is, in my opinion, crucial. Having a couple of these items stowed in your fire kit, while having a back up in a secondary pouch or possibles pouch can insure that you can get that fire lit.The Ferrofire FS91 is a huge 9/16 x 4 inch ferrocerium rod that when struck with the supplied carbide steel striker, it will rain a barrage of hot sparks onto your tinder. It is supplied with a generous amount of 7-strand paracord lanyard that also doubles as a handle. The paracord is bright as to be visible should you drop it and it. It is also reflective so it can be more easily seen at night when shining a flashlight.The FS91 also comes drilled on one end to attach the supplied shackle that the paracord is attached to. This is where the cost of the item comes into play. It is the manufacturing cost of this device, which reflects the final cost to the consumer. However, I see this as a great addition to the product. In the package, you are also supplied with a bright handled flat tip screwdriver for attaching the shackle to the ferrorod. I have used this quite a lot so far, I am finding that the screw, when fully tightened, does not seem to work loose. However, if you are worried about that, simply apply a drop of lock tight to the threads before tightening the screw.I find this tool to be a great addition to any kit, whether it is meant to be used for camping, survival, Bushcraft, or even prepping. The paracord handle is also very comfortable and seems to offer enough purchase to hold the implement firmly and be assured of a non-slip grip. The striker is made with small serrations at the end. I find these are great for use as a striker for peeling small shavings from the rod, as well as carefully using as a cordage comb. This means it can be used to aid in separating small fibers of plant material to make cordage and rope for Bushcraft and survival projects.

El ajuste es perfecto mi computadora es un Dell inpiron 3511. No me gusto que hubo variación en el color elegido, el rosa se muestra como más pastel y en físico es rosa como neón
